Wish I could give them zero stars. The service is terrible. There are a bunch of young kids working here and they never get your order right. The last time I ordered a coffee it was sour and had coffee grounds in it. Avoid this place at all cost. Go a few blocks down to the Dunkin near CVS towards Freeport.

I went into this Dunkin donut this morning. I ordered 3 coffees and a corn muffin. First off let me say, the guy that took my order was not paying attention at all. He had his headphones in, messed up all the coffees and I had to have him remake them. I asked for 2 medium iced caramel lattes with whole milk and sugar. He didn’t do that so he had to remake it. And then on mine I asked for just a regular iced coffee with almond milk. He didn’t do that as well. He also charged me for two corn muffins and I only asked for 1 and only got 1… this was BY FAR. The worst experience. The guy couldn’t get the order right. It wasn’t busy at all, and I was charged for something I didn’t even get. If you are going to work in customer service like this, maybe take out your headphone and listen to the customer.

worst ever! the young lady who took my order was scratching her nose the entire time. i asked someone else to make my order because of this. she then proceeded to say i was crazy and stupid! kept arguing with me the whole time. the store is dirty, garbage all over. the floors were dirty. i'm never going to this dd again! this is the rude young lady that proceeded to call me names while the older woman was making my coffee. what ever happened to customer service?! this young woman needs to be taught about cleanliness, respect and courtesy and not be playing with her nose ring while taking customer orders! She's smiling in the photo because she thought it was funny to call me names! I'll be reporting them to the health board! They don't even deserve one star. Also I ordered a ham and cheese croissant, it was over cooked hard and inedible!

I used to work for this store and it has bad services nobody does there job every manager I had didn’t Sloved my issues when I quit I had 2 girls behind a counter no receipt no refunds so I call all of my bosses and sent emails Baldwin sucks I rather go to the Freeport Dunkin on Atlantic ave my brother Sumon and my co workers like me over there better and there’s no line at the Freeport store wish they can close this Baldwin store and the Baldwin store never clean it nasty and dirty Freeport is clean and nice ? recommend everyone going to Freeport Atlantic ave there nice and clean and no line there fast and they have a better manager ☺️

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to the manager is very rude. She is a very disrespectful old lady and I don't think she should be working at Dunkin if she doesn't know how to speak to people she has bad communication skills and she thinks that she is always right every time I come here. I pray that I don't have to encounter this lady because she is really rude. This lady is the manager apparently and she doesn't know how to speak to people. This is unacceptable.
