Why don't the service people listen to your directions when ordering food. I had ordered lox with cream cheese on both sides of the BAGLE with a slice of red onion along with a slice of tomato. Came here for sandwich, basic roll with salt pepper and MayoFood was similar to school lunch, no seasoning, very little Mayo, skimp on ingredientsPrice did not match the quality of food, would not return

Their food is good. Their bagels are amazing. Its not just for bagels. It's technically a breakfast place. The service is regular, the ladies at the counter are so sweet to me and kids every time i come in. The ambiance depends on the time of day. Its right next to a high school, so what do you expect to see around lunch? Teens...which is not a problem.
