If I could give it 0 stars I would. Refused to give me my food because I didn’t have my phone on me even though I pre ordered. My money was wasted and I didn’t get th food that I pre paid for.

Okay so usually I am pretty patient when it comes to service but this morning I was annoyed. Over something so simple. Used the mc Donald's app gave the person in the drive through the code for the deal. They said it "didn't go through". So I gave then the code again!!! They said cabt be used! Duh of course it can't be used you typed it in and redeemed my code so now I can't use it!!! All I wanted was an ice coffee for a dollar using the code. The person In the drive through made the mistake not me!! so I said look the code had been redeemed through no fault of my own can I just have the coffee for a dollar. They said oh refresh the app! It's 8am in thr morning I'm off to work I'm not refreshing anything! If the staff makes a mistake and the app is faulty!! That's not the customers fault. They should have rectified the issue and provided me the ice coffee for 1.08!!! Better service and corrective measures should be taken. Yes it's only a coffee but it's the little things that matterI could have had a horrible morning and the ease of having good service and being nice to a customer goes so much further than" oh refresh the app or sorry u gotta wait 15 min!!! You punch in the code that's why itwas redeemed and couldn't be don't twice!! The cashier messed up!! Not me do better. It's early in the morning you have no LINE!!!

This location is hit or miss. Mostly miss! It seems like they have kids running it. One of the kids had his back turned towards the drive thru window while on his phone and didn't hear nor notice that i was sitting at the window. While waiting at the window, i see my order being prepared and this other kid is preparing my fries and putting them in the bag with his bare thumb inside of the fry box. Disgusting! I thought they're suppose to wear gloves. I literally threw out all the fries at the top of the box. I should've had them remake it but i just didn't want to be bothered with waiting. The fries at the bottom was cold and old! If there is a next time, I'm going to have them remake them ughhhh

This place is a circus! They screwed up my order, and when I went back, they didn't even want to give me what they screwed up! And the worst part of all, when the manager SAID AND AGREED to give me some fries for the inconvenience. But when i got my food there was no fries! And the manager waved her finger around like I was a child! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
