The jerk pork is SO good! The best around. The mac and cheese could use a little more seasoning but is good too. It's more similar to black american baked mac and cheese than what you normally get at Jamaican spots (which is a good thing imo).

Last night my Mom brought me some delicious grilled salmon and it was so much that im finishing today for lunch lol. My Mom and Aunt are from Jamaica so they are tough critics as the family chefs and they were pleasently surprised with the delicious food and service from Chef King ?. Well seasoned, Fresh and reasonably priced. Mom had soup and fried whiting and was very satisfied. See you for Sunday dinner Jerk King!!! 10/10

Hubby and I gave this place a try for the first time. It was a hit. I had the oxtail plate and he had the curry goat plate. We are foodies and this place was DELICIOUS!!! We will be back. I took pics of our food but in the pic our food is half eaten!!! ???We will return very soon!!

Visited Jerk Kingz recently. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating by making suggestions. I was informed that they were opened for 7 months. The space was clean and with some unique decor highlighting some reggae stars on the table design. There are places to dine in but it is not a large space. I settled on the stew chicken with rice and peas. Although the stew was savory and delicious, I found it to be on the saltier side. Other than that , it was fine. The dish came with plantains and sautéed vegetables. I will definitely try Jerk Kingz again.

I've been here a few times. Being from a Bajan family and married to a Jamaican woman, I've come to appreciate good jerk. We both agree that the jerk chicken is tasty, well seasoned and prepared and we've ordered that each time and it hasn't disappointed us yet. The jerk salmon is a different story. My wife ordered it and was not happy. She said it was baked salmon topped with jerk onions and peppers. And when she's dissatisfied with her food she tends to not eat it. I'm not a salmon fan so that was $25 down the drain. We haven't ordered it since so who knows if they've improved the preparation. The baked Mac & Cheese was good not great. It had good ingredients and was well prepared, it just wasn't adequately seasoned, in my opinion. I'd recommend ordering ahead of time if you're able to as they seem to make most of their menu to order. If you don't, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes at least. The space itself is very clean, neat and modern. I'm pulling for this Black owned business, but it has a few areas it could improve on.
