I can't grade the food because I wasn't served any. The server didn't speak English, so a young lady came out to serve me. She seemed annoyed by my presence and order. A few minutes after I placed my order, she came back to the front and said they can only take cash. The place was hot and my kids were hungry so we left and got McDonald's.

Just ordered their chicken teriyaki, macaroni au gratin and sour soup smoothie. My God worst experience ever. I received cold burnt chicken, absolutely no flavor, and the Mac was just nasty. I ordered from them before and just wanted to try them again. I don’t usually post reviews but this right here come on. Very disappointed. Y’all gotta do better. Just ruined my last meal of 2022.

I love haitian food, and I'm not even haitian, but my ex-wife is. We used to live in South Florida, where the Haitian restaurants are absolutely amazing. BELIEVE ME YOU this restaurant brings back those memories. I drive from Queens Village to Baldwin bypassing dozens of other haitian restaurants to come here. And what's most amazing is their menu and different dishes other restaurants don't offer like haitian spaghetti and smoothies, this is definitely my go-to spot. The owners are brother and sister and both are very nice people. And the sister even had her cook make me black rice on a Saturday, and just a heads up, there's no Black rice on Saturdays. And best of all, I was told the cook "an older lady is straight from ?? and that's all she cooks"

This is my second attempt on supporting this restaurant. Customers service is horrible. Prices are made up on the spot, food is subpar. Selection is small. I ordered legume with white rice & fritaille & other items-totaled to $60 dollars. I began to ask questions and the owners attitude sucked. His response were very belittling. I just wanted to know if taso was available as well. I will never ever ever go here again. Taste of island has the same customer service but at least the food will taste good.

TERRIBLE. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WORDS!THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HAITIAN CHICKEN PATI.IT TASTE JUST LIKE IT LOOKS. I DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE A PICTURE OF THE MACORONI SALAD, BUT IT WAS JUST AS HORRENDOUS. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.

I ordered white rice, sos pwa and Legume today and found a roach mixed in my legume. Highly disgusted. I will never eat from them again

Just stopped to pick up dinner as the internet says they won't close for another hour. Waited for someone to come out from the back. A man who appeared to be the owner walks in from the street says that if I didn't call ahead there is no more food. Young woman speaks with me and confirms the same. I let them know that they need to update internet info. Young woman responds in English. Then wants to know if I speak Kreyol or Spanish? Says she doesn't speak English. Did you not just respond to my inquiry about food and closing time in PERFECT English???? The poor reviews are true. DON'T GO! I would have given them 0 stars but that isn't an option. Try the new place on Grand on the other side of Sunrise, La Petite Bouchée. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating.
