I ordered light ice and they still gave me so much ice. I don't want light ice just to have more of the drink; I want it because I want less ice to melt into my drink. I know this isn't just a me problem because during my pretty long wait, I noticed that people with no ice customizations had like their entire drinks be ice. Hi I attended this Starbucks for about 3 years and I wanted to say thst I love the vibe / atmosphere of the store. I want to say that I saw a new worker named Liam and I wanted to say that he works fast and efficient when making other guests drinks. He made my order and I must say that evening was made perfectly. He was also very polite and even said have a wonderful day when he handed me my order as well.

The lady at the drive through made us wait almost 10 minutes until she took our order, and it took us almost 20 minutes afterwards to actually get our drinks. We only ordered two drinks, this is outrageous
