Had the raspberry linzer torte cake at a friend's home - it was absolutely delicious! Looking forward to visiting the shop to purchase some of their other goodies!

We should have been warned off by the fact that the blueberry crumb cake we purchased was shrinkwrapped like something you'd get in the snack aisle at the supermarket. Guess what? It had the texture and taste of something you'd find in the snack aisle at the supermarket--soft, sugary, and almost flavorless, but at 4 times the price of Little Debbie or Hostess. Not sure what they had the New York Times taste, but it wasn't this crap.

Purchased a blueberry crumble tart from the Hamptons market/street fair with cash (in case they try to say there was no record of my purchase). This is one of my favorite desserts but it didn't live up to my expectations. Overall it was pretty bland. The dough mixture needs some work, it was more on the raw side and barely had any taste. Both the dough and the blueberry mixture needed more flavor incorporated. Presentation wise 10 out of 10 but I wouldn't purchase again.

My opinion is 8.4/10. $20, it's was highly enjoyable. Just know she keeps it's refrigerated. So you have to wait for the item to be ready to eat per the woman who gave it to me's instructions. Overall shared with my parents, we all enjoyed it. To be able to try Austrian baked goods was cool especially form someone Austrian. Check out my in depth video reviews on any of the platforms below. It is absolutely ridiculous how good this place is. Literally everything is amazing. The Linzer tarts, the Amadeus cookies, the chocolate Easter bunnies...I've been coming here for several years now and there hasn't been one thing that wasn't absurdly delicious.

I personally dislike the blueberry crumb streusel. My partner ordered this for our Rosh Hashana gathering where we had many relatives dislike the blueberry crumb streusel. This is a reputable company but this time they failed. Sorry I'm going to give this 2 star for this reason. Sorry Vienna Cookie Company. Alan Yankovich.
the worst experience I’ve ever had if I can give it 0 stars I would.. NEVER AGAIN I DON’T RECOMMEND, and I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one deserves a reward. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Their hours are completely off I guess they open and close whenever they feel like very bad customer service.

This cookie company is absolutely amazing!!! I order and have them shipped to Idaho. These cookies make wonderful gifts and the quality is excellent along with the packaging the cookies come in. Very high quality. The owner and staff are amazing. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the US. THESE COOKIES AND CAKES ARE AMAZING!!!!! ?

An angry and disturbed person in the community is harassing the Vienna Cookie Company online and posting negative reviews from multiple accounts.PLEASE IGNORE THESE FAKE REVIEWS.These reviews are obviously fake, since there hadn't been a review in 15 weeks (all good) and then suddenly 5 bad reviews in 2 days and 3 within 2 hours one day.The Vienna Cookie Company is predominately a specialty gift mail order cookie company with a small gift shop that ships all over the country not a retail bakery.All of the products are freshly baked, sealed, refrigerated and delicious. They make wonderful gifts.The Owner is a delightful woman who handles all of the walk-in customers personally who do visit the gift shop on occasion. Walk-in retail is a very very small aspect of this business which is handled by the owner directly, not by the baking staff.The bakery has received the highest sanitary ratings from the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets.Any claims made in these fake reviews are false and are harassment.Please visit or order from the Vienna Cookie Company the next time you can't think of what to give someone.
