I ordered 3 biggie bags but was charged extra for the drinks. When I questioned the total, I was then told they were out of all fountain drinks. I asked why I wasn't told thay while ordering. Instead, you just charged me more without saying anything. I wasn't given any options for the inconvenience and instead charged more money for something I didn't ask for. Very unprofessional and lacked true customer service initiative. Will not plan to return to this location!!

Drive through order, Spanish female taking order and was very condescending, got to the window and she and her Colleagues thought it was funny that I was looking at them shocked in disbelief. But I guess that seems to be the norm at this location. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I ordered and paid online for pick up so it willBe fast, because kids were hungry. My son went inside to pick up the food, first they made him get in the line even he said his mom paid it online. Still made him get in the line. Then they couldn’t find the order made him wait for 25 minutes so they can get other peoples orders who were coming after him. Manager was just walking here and there but still weren’t helping him to find the order. After 30min I have to walk in and still couldn’t find. And manager and the cashier were talking in Spanish rudely. Finally when they found the order cashier handed me very rudely without any apology, even manager didn’t bother say sorry. Very bad experience. Wasted my 45min there. VERY BAD SERVICE. I understand things happen but atleast they could have apologized and they shouldn’t talk in different language in front of the customer.

Grant it this is a fast food restaurant but the manager (fluffy, Hispanic blonde B***H) and the staff they have serving at drive thru are rude each and every time I come to grab lunch (once a week). This is not how you treat the patrons in your community who actually help support local businesses and the reason why you have a job to feed your family! Gave it a one ⭐️ bc I’ve had enough being treated unfairly and I refuse to give them my business. As much I loooove Wendy’s and supporting businesses in my community I rather drive the extra miles to Garden City where the staff are much more pleasant and treat you like a human being and not like a red-headed step-child. Treat people like you would to be treated!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDYS!!!THEY DONT DESERVE THE BUSINESS!!I’m pretty sure I was purposely given cold, stale food for my Uber eats order. I was refunded and decided to visit the same location a few hours later and reorder in person. My suspicions were correct because my food was hot and fresh in person. Like it ALWAYS is.Also told the cashier that what I received earlier was poor quality and the food she just gave me was the same meal but the portion size was much smaller this time. She got so defensive telling me I’m wrong and caught an attitude with me but I know what I was saying was facts. Anyway I won’t be coming to this location anymore. I’d you have the option to go to/use different one do yourself the favor.
