They charge extra for lettuce and mayo but don't discount anything if u don't want pickels or mustard won't b back at this location again and on top of that the chicken nuggets were so burnt they were like rocks
This is the McDs closest to my home but I can't stand it. Good is more expensive than other locations, service is way too slow and my order is usually incorrect. I have an allergy and when I order I tell them what to leave off and why. Seventy prevent of the time they still put it on my burger. I end up throwing it away because no one has the time to get it corrected. I'll drive to the z Clay location where I get a correct order in a short time.

The service and the food wasn't good. Cashier completely forgot we were standing there. waiting to order. Condiments were empty. My chicken sandwich had nothing on it, and again no condiments on the counter. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WONT RETURN.Also you may want to remind your cooks covering their mouths when they are sneezing and coughing is a desirable

I only ordered a shamrock shake and large fry, cost $10 with change going to Ronald McDonald house. Took what seemed forever, fries were soggy and of course the shake was melted. I feel like simple orders should be bumped ahead in the drive thru but just my

ALWAYS overcharged. Order is ALWAYS wrong. Service is RARELY cordial. And there is NEVER enough staff. 2nd lane closed... 27 minutes waiting for my food and they make you pull around to wait AGAIN and STILL get it wrong and they walk away while youre checking your bag. This location needs serious management training or lose their franchise license. No other place could get away with such consistently awful everything... And the only reason we go back is because its 4 blocks away and we tell ourselves that SOMEDAY they'll do better... And it hasnt been good since the Elvis theme switch up reverted to the prison block design. K. Im done wasting my time and energy on this. PLEASE if youre a manager here, and youre reading this... DO BETTER. I HATE leaving reviews. I just want what I paid for and what corporate gives us all a right to expect. No more excuses. Ok?

I ordered curbside delivery through the McDonald’s app for my order, skipping the line while waiting for my favorite breakfast sandwich McDonald’s sausage egg McMuffin. No hash browns today but maybe next time. I was also able to use a coupon which really made it nice. I love saving money.
I dinged the atmosphere because EVERY time I go here, I have to clean my table before I sit down. I know they try. It is just like that every time I have been to this location.

Terrible service here.Left early so i could stop and get brkfst on the way to work. Couldnt even get service to place an order. Cars infront of me werent Moving. After waiting a few minutes i had to drive off.You need to do better.

This is a typical McDonald's........ Not much more to say...Parking: Just a fair number of spots could use more but there is a space constraint employees should park in the back leave spaces up front for the customers....
