Heidi is by far the worst barista I’ve ever encountered. It takes her 15 min to make a drink and hash browns. No matter how early ahead I order, she makes me late to work every day. She has no idea how to manage her time. It should not take 20 minutes for a mobile order, especially when no other customers are in the store. I have never had an issue with any other Dunkin employees

To be honest, all I ever get at Dunkin' Donuts is your bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I'm not big on trying to order my coffee there .I never know how to get it, 2 sugars and a cream three creams and sweet I don't know it's too confusing I can never get a good cup of coffee on that place so I don't get it there. Consistent product, you get what you expect from Dunkin. Service is slow, but the people are nice. If you are looking to be out quick and it's peak hours I recommend mobile ordering or going elsewhere.
