“We're regulars here, food is excellent (we usually order several rolls, dumpling soup, shrimp shumai, and chicken ramen. The food is always fresh and excellent and the service can't be beat. We do both dine in and takeout with two toddlers and they don't miss a beat. Absolutely recommendKid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly and they always engage our kids and give them the little candies.“

“We came in for lunch before dropping off my husband for a flight out. We started with a white miso with soft tofu and seaweed before having beef tataki, which was tender and perfectly flavored with scallions and their house sauce.Japanese couple running the front of house, kitchen and sushi bar. The wait for the sushi, which we chose a la carte, was worth every bite. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the fish was fresh. We had the eel and avocado, yellowtail, tuna and salmon rolls. Our favorite was the yellowtail as it was so flavorful and fresh tasting by comparison to other times we have eaten it at other restaurants. The service was attentive and timely.Happy to return here the next time we pass through Albany.Parking: Located in a mini shopping center there was sufficient parking.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kid menu with three options. Works for most kids preferences. Our kid was fine with eating what we had. They also had high chairs available for younger kids.“

“I went in 20 minutes before the lunch service was scheduled to close on a Saturday and crossed my fingers that it wasn't too late for an impromptu take out order. They not only accommodated my request but it was done with the 20 minutes (or less!) and everything was excellent. It was my 1st time ever and I was rushing through the lunch menu for familiar items. I went with the standards: Spring rolls, Steamed pork dumplings, Shrimp Pad Thai and Shrimp Tempora. My mom and I were both very pleased with the food and there was enough to have a second meal on Sunday as well.Thank you Sushi Thai. I'll be stopping by again when I can browse through the menu longer!“

“So on the road with Sophistafunk we stopped at Wasabi to grab some food before the show, only only complaint was the wait was too long for the all you can eat sushi which is why we stopped by but we were able to get some food to go and eat at the bar and OMG the food was so delicious the crab ragoon had to be my favorite I have had ever and the rest was just delicious. The sake was nice, warm, and smooth and even thou we ate at the bar it was still a nice experience. Definitely looking forward to our next trip to Saratoga Springs to call in early for a table and get that 4 up to 5 “

“I was at Haru recently and I must say, the renovations that it's undergone are really nice! The establishment has an area designated for hibachi as well as for regular dining. We were seated immediately and the dining area is clean and pristine and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive and checked on us to see if we were ready to order. It took a bit as the menu is somewhat substantial so you'll want to peruse through it. The visuals are quite good so you can see what some of their dishes look like too. My girlfriend and I both had a California roll appetizer and we had shrimp tempura as our entree. Lunch also came with miso soup and a small salad with ginger carrot dressing on it. Needless to say I was quite full after finishing my appetizer, soup and salad! So yes, I was only able to eat one shrimp and one piece of broccoli tempura as the portion size was good. I happily took my leftovers that reheated just lovely in my toaster oven later on. Overall, I would go back as there is enough variety to keep me interested and there is definitely something for everyone. You are not bound by eating just sushi as you can go for hibachi or appetizers and drinks! A really nice dining experience awaits you!“

“The food at this restaurant was delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. We ordered Steak hibachi and Bangkok basil chicken. However, the service was okay, lacking the attentiveness and warmth that could have elevated the dining experience to exceptional. Overall, it was a great choice for a tasty meal“

“Mr. Fuji has been our preferred Hibachi restaurant. I don't think we've ever made reservations, and there are just three of us, but it never seems to be a problem. The longest we've ever had to wait was 15 minutes. Easily accessible, the people seem nice enough. For the most part, the food is pretty good. Every once in a while, we get a chef is isn't as good as the others, so we've had one or two meals that weren't outstanding, but we mostly enjoy. I do wish they'd check on us a little more often when it came to drinks (they don't seem to happen by all that often once they've delivered the drinks or appetizers), but I can usually flag someone down when we're completely out of water, soda or alcohol. One of the best parts about Hibachi is the chef, right? Well, these folks are usually pretty fun, too. There has been one chef that doesn't seem to really get into the show, so that one was a little bit of a bummer... but there was another dude who actually made balloon animals for all of the kids at the table. I'm not kidding, that was awesome - no special occasion, it's just what he did! Yep, we'll keep on coming back. We like it there.“

“Celebrated some good things happening last night. We all enjoyed our meals, as usual, and took advantage of their buy a fancy sushi, get a regular sushi free. My daughter got hot tea, and they kept it full all night. She was in heaven. Highly recommend.Parking: Lots of parking and 2 entrances; one from Van Buren and one from Route 50.“

“Probably the best Asian food in the area. It is a small restaurant tucked away in a strip mall that does a brisk takeout business. But if you want to eat in, they have very nice staff who are attentive and pleasant. I moved to the area from the NYC area 3 years ago and one thing I missed was good Asian food. Now that I found Great Tang’s, I no longer miss it!“
“My friends and I were passing through the state the day after the solar eclipse. Our last dining experience was absolutely horrid. THIS place however, got it all right. Vibes were impeccable. The food presentation and taste were spectacular. Our server, Susan, was so attentive and sweet. Five stars and my sincere thanks to all the staff!!“

“The sushi was great. I loved the pad Thai. The flavors were present through out each bite and you can tell that it's a fan favorite. It had the perfect sweetness as well. Salmon and yellowtail were fresh and price really well. It was a perfect little app. My friends got the sushi which was eaten so quickly that they had almost finished when my pad Thai had gotten to me. I was able to save half of my pad Thai for a light night snack as well, so the portions are decent. I would definitely come back here.“

“Outstanding service. Today my sister and I were running on a super tight schedule. We called asking if they could prepare food so it would be ready when we sat. They did NOT disappoint! The lunch chicken hibachi was great as well as the appetizers. The location is nice and the atmosphere is nice so you can talk with who you come with! Service was above and beyond.“

“As I was passing by, I decided to go in and was surprised to see how spacious it was and how modern the decor was. The Out of Control roll and the Angry Dragon roll were chosen. I was delighted to find them delicious and highly recommend them. The menu is well designed and offers a variety of choices. Also, the bartender service was very good and the bartenders were very friendly. There is no doubt that I will visit this restaurant again the next time I visit Saratoga.“

“Average sushi. Definitely way more options than Wasabi in Albany, but the quality depending on the roll is either the same, slightly better, or worse. I’d say sushi and sashimi pieces are 5/5 and way better than wasabi (huge pieces of fish!!! And good quality). But the rolls such as spicy tuna, salmon, etc had this weird breading in it that tasted like it came from frozen sushi aisle at a grocery store. Appetizers were average at best compared to the other AYCE places, and compared to other Asian restaurants it was below par.I would only eat the sushi and sashimi here. Huge pieces and great quality. But the rolls? Hard pass.Sushi/sashimi - 5/5Appetizers - 2/5Japanese BBQ - 1/5Rolls - 2/5They add on the gratuity automatically by the way, for the AYCE buffet. It was $80 ish for 2 people…“

“I ordered from here 2x via DoorDash, so I can't say anything about what it was like inside. Overall, I liked the food and most likely will order again.Eel avocado rolls - DeliciousThai iced tea - It was delivered inside of a paper bag. Didn't spill or anything, but at first, I wasn't sure if it actually came in the order. Was delicious, so no complaints there.White rice/teriyaki sauce on the side - Can't really go wrong there, though a dollar for a little bit of sauce that wasn't even enough for the rice seems a bit overpriced. Otherwise, it was tasty.Harumaki/spring rolls - Overpriced considering that there were only 2 small rolls. Other restaurants will give you 4 for the same price. They arrived soggy and tasted odd. I'm not sure if it was because I ordered the food later in the day or not, but they weren't very good.Pad thai - I guess it was my mistake to order pad thai from a sushi place. It was some of the worst pad thai I've had. Couldn't even finish it.“
