What a pleasure to have this small business in our village of Ballston Spa! The food is delicious and staff is friendly. You need to try this place if you have not yet! I will be a regular from this point on.
Food was 5 Stars plus Service was 4 Stars Ambience for "eating in" is 4 Stars We wanted to try a new place, came for breakfast, and it was worth the 15-20 minute drive. Valentine's Day, 10:15 AM. However, I was disappointed that they do not serve decaf coffee. When we ordered, a staff member was training a new person. Both women were not welcoming or at least a little friendly. Great people/service, Amazing music, and the best sourdough I've ever had! The bagel was of the highest quality and as someone who typically has new york city bagels I was thoroughly impressed with just how good their bagels are made! You can see them make the bread which is such an interesting process. If you're in the area definitely stop by and try something!
