Today and 2 weeks ago, ordered 9 hard shell tacos. $42 for soggy slop. Literally couldn’t pick them up. Bottoms were wet, top was floppy chewy inedible! Pointless to complain. Did absolutely nothing with prior issues. I don’t recommend!
Eating at Taqueria Guadalajara transported me back to the 12 years my family lived in San Jose CA.All the fresh ingredients, the herbs and spices, combined with good presentation and a home cooking vibe, made for a wonderful dining experience in an intimate setting with plenty of eye candy.TG is my new go to for a Mexican food destination, and within easy reach of the southern Adirondacks and northern capitol district.

This is such a great find. The food is tasty and seems quite authentic, although not as spicy as traditional Mexican food. The prices are very good. There are a number of dishes to choose from, without being overwhelming. I had the chimichanga al pastor, with rice and beans on the side. It was flavorful and salted perfectly. I also had the horchata, which was not too sweet and had just the right amount of cinnamon. The service is quick, and our server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual.

Amazing taqueria. I got the burrito and it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection and everything else inside was amazing. Prices are much better than the other Mexican places around. You can't go wrong here.

I thought the food was OK. Had the enchiladas al pastor, and I thought the pork was dry and fairly bland, as if it had been sitting around all day long. The sides of rice and beans were unremarkable at best. Perhaps I ordered incorrectly. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food, and I thought the guacamole was very good and fresh tasting. I would likely not patronize again.
