I am so excited that Katie and her lovely sister have taken over the restaurant here inside Fo'Castle Farms wonderful shop!!! I recommend the Italian sausage soup and her meatballs are fantastic ... and made there with a great Italian sauce! I also loved the ham and cheese quiche ?!! The crust was so flaky and delish!!! Can't say enough good things about this place. The general store had amazing baked goods, and plenty of crafts, home goods and jewelry to make excellent gifts. The connected cafe Lunch Thyme, was quaint and cozy. They put on the fire place for us, and were fun to cht with. The food was nothing less than superb. The cibata was one of the best I've had. This is such a charming farm country store in Burnt Hills. Not only is the atmosphere inviting, but the selection of items makes it well worth the visit. While here, I was able to satisfy multiple impulses at once.
