I called at about 11:15. The phone kept ringing, no response. I then call again, the same thing. I called a third time and someone finally answered saying please hold. She didn't put the phone on hold so I heard all background noise. It took her about 5 minutes to finally take my phone call. I told her what I wanted and I arrived to the store. No issues there but I open the sandwich I ordered which was an everything bagel toasted, with butter and sliced lox. The bagel was EXTREMELY hard. I bit into it and hurt my teeth. The lox was extremely fishy. I have been having lox and fish for a very long time and I know when it doesn't taste right. It also had discoloration. I was not happy at all. I do not recommend this bagel store. Even the bagels are so small and look like not real bagels. I know it recently got new owners and they aren't friendly at all.

Always quick and pleasant service and the quality of the food is very good. Rather inexpensive as well. Very much recommended. Parking on the street, and a small lot in the back.

This Place should be shut down on several occasion I saw mold on thefood, fruits & Vegetables. When I asked an employee, they said if we throwout the bad food the owner gets upset he just wants to cut off a pieceand serve old food to customers. Owners are old school Business that onlyCare about the $. Do yourself and your Family a huge favor eat! elsewherein Bayshore, I wouldn't let my dog eat the food they use.... Unless you are ok with eating spoiled, old moldy Food? SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT!

steer clear of this nightmare, the owner takes food the employees throw away because of mold , he pulls it out cut's off a piece and places back in glass enclosure. my daughter worked here a short time, she says it was the most disgusting place behind the counter and in the kitchen, the boss does'nt care about anything but the mighty dollar. they really deserve a negative -4 for what they do. shut this place down please!!! don't eat here you have been warned!

If you are trying to get a bagel sandwich for lunch on the weekend, forget it. Hours change daily and aren't updated on Google, phone just rings and rings and when the do pick up, they put you on hold for 10 minutes, and you find out they're out of most bagels anyway. Sorry, kept trying to support them but I'm done.

They did so good i usually don't eat bagels for breakfast but u was picking up for my cousin, They were so nice and fast and attentive and gave me a delicious looking/tasting bagel! 10\10 would recommend they have tons of bagel options .
