I love the cheese steaks and fries. Lovely...but I have a problem. Every time I order via grubhub I ask for an unsweetened iced tea, Because I am diabetic, I get a very sweetened lemonade. It says on the receipt unsweetened iced tea so I am unsure where the disconnect is. Since it's a grubhub (i'd do this if it was any other delivery option) I don't bother to call in and try to get it fixed. The first one I dumped, this second one I gave to a family member. It's just makes it harder for me to order from Charleys next time.
This place need to do better because I went today I order and the lady who was making my sandwich kept asking what did I order and she also mess up on my both order. Worst day

I do online orders usually. Today I went in because I had time. I tell the cashier a regular combo and my strawberry lemonade. Order came out wrong, seems that he didn’t hear me right. So another lady was like “sure, we’ll fix it but you gotta pay the difference.” It wasn’t my fault it came out wrong and you want me to pay for it and keep standing around. Nah. I gave her back me drink I was sipping on and told her to cancel my order. I’m not about to eat something I was charged twice bc they messed up.

The only good thing were the taste of the sandwiches. The woman at the cash register shows attitude and speaks at such low voice that it's hard to hear. I wanted to wash my hand but not only was the store's bathroom was out of order they also did not have any hand sanitizers. That's terrible given the circumstances we are in now! The cheese on the cheese fries might have also caused some food poisoning. Overall, it's a bad experience for the items that are more expensive than it should be.

Love Charley's but this location is not good. Employees at this location do not listen or understand English. I ordered a turkey ham and bacon sandwich with cheese and asked for extra meat and they put steak on the sandwich.
