It like going back in time when familes went to the ice cream store, sat down together and enjoyed their company. We love itParking: It's a busy strip of stores. So off hours are easy. Ran in for a quick two scoops on a cold Sunday night in January. They young lady who was behind the counter let me try a few flavors with no problems at all. The service was perfect. I ended up getting their peanut butter fudge flavor and it did not disappoint. It is quite evident that this shop uses very high quality ingredients when they make their homemade ice cream. Very cute 1950's inspired decor. Plenty of tables to sit at and enjoy your ice cream, as well as a fun counter seating. Overall, this place is exactly what I'd expect from a homemade ice cream shop. $6.50 for two scoops, which is par for the course when it comes to high quality ice cream. Highly recommended.

Great old fashioned ice cream spot. I love that they have tons of pre-packed icecream to bring home for the freezer. Whenever I go I get a hot fudge sundae with the cannoli ice cream. It's a must try flavor. Love Coyle's!

This is THE BEST place on Long Island for ice cream. You can't beat it!!!! My favorite flavor is Mississippi Mud. I've loved it for 25 years and it's always been consistently good.
The shop has a warm and welcoming vibe, and the ice cream is pure bliss in every scoop. It's my happy place!

We brought our special needs middle school students from RMMS in North Babylon on a field trip to COYLES, where they opened early to accommodate us. The staff was patient while the students ordered and paid for their ice cream. We would absolutely go back again and are planning on it!!
