I think that em tips is what the client wants to give and not charge themselves the girl who charged me had a tablet and she didn't even tell me how many the tips she just put in my account was 100 dollars and it came out to 132 how is that alone He showed me the tablet because he needed my signature. For me, it was theft. They shouldn't charge clients for tips like that.

It’s always a hit or miss with this place. But everytime I have ordered from this IHOP there is ALWAYS! something missing from my order. This recent experience I was missing food then drove all the way back to get it, I checked the bag and it was STILL MISSING FOOD. The front desk people seem to never know what’s going on and always have dumb looks on their faces.

Loud music played in the kitchen and music playing over the speakers was just too much. The waitress only checked on us once and didn't offer more coffee. It's IHOP so my expectations aren't high to begin with but it will be my last choice for breakfast options from now on.

Food was supposed to be mixed berry topped with lots of fresh fruit. promotion was specifically for the fruit toppings, crepes arrived with sauce that tasted like pure blueberry and only had a few sad blueberries on top. Waitress was embarrassed and didn’t check on the table due to knowledge food was subpar. Feel bad for staff that have to serve such bad food.

Jennifer “Jenn” was our waitress *** Waited a long time for food. Every other one got their food and good service. And we had to ask multiple times for utensils and for drinks forgotten. When we finally got our food it was wrong. She took it back, then after about 20 minutes we asked where it was she said I don’t know, I don’t know what you sent back. Like what ?! Then never came back. Asked for the manager and she walked away cursing. Terrible service.
