Not giving a one star rating because once in a while they get the order correct and the food is good. I believe their main problem is lack of consistency. We ordered a chicken cutlet hero with LTM. First time they got it right and it was good. Next time they made the cold sandwich with LTM into a panini. We called and explained what was wrong and they said they got it. So we tried them again and we ordered the same cold chicken hero and called it in and made sure they knew exactly what we wanted, and they made it into a Panini again. tried one more time because I figured it was the person that was taking the orders that wasn't getting it but they still did it wrong. So we gave up on that. Another thing that we really don't like is every time you get a pizza from them it's different. You can order a cheese pizza and one time it'll be delicious the next time it'll be completely different. I don't think we've ever gotten a pizza that was the same as the last one. It almost feels like you're getting it from two different places. So recently we ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and sausage on half and we asked for a light bottom. We asked for a light bottom because most of the time if you don't the bottoms are burned. Well this pizza was not good at all, honestly it looked like they just threw all the ingredients in it it was pretty gross. And did not resemble any of the prior pizzas with extra cheese we have ordered. Not to mention it was undercooked and my sister to recook hers, and then later got sick from it. So we really tried to give them a chance to get it right and now we give up!

Pizza was delicious. The pinwheels and cheesy knots were very good too. Restaurant was clean and mostly organized. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Sufficient parking

My Go To Pizza Place! Something about their sauce is so different from other pizza places in the area. They know how to season, for flavor, for sure. Their staff is so incredibly friendly and fun. When I'm waiting for my order, I enjoy talking to them. Keep it up guys!

Me and my family went there last week and it was so good the plain cheese pizza was delicious and the spicy mushroom,mix vegetables soup is my favorite from this place I love la casa pizzeria and I definitelyrecommendgoing there with friends and family!!Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the plain cheese pizza and the garlic breads!!

My entire family got food poisoning. The following day, I end of speaking to someone who did not care or show any sign of empathy. His only response was "Sorry about that". No offer of a fresh order or refund was offered. Very disappointed to what this place has turned into.Do not order from here especially on a Sunday night. Don't ever order from this restaurant. I placed an order for a gluten free panini and the order arrived NOT prepared gluten free. Lucky for me I am capable of spotting this without having eaten the food. I called the restaurant to get a replacement and they told me it would be there in 20-30 minutes. Almost 2 hours pass and the order has still not arrived. I called the resraurant and they proceed to tell me they had to drop off other orders (multiple) prior to mine when mine should have been prioritized given it was a replacement due to a huge mess up on their end. Disgusting customer service. And to be clear, I wouldn't even give this place one star if I had the option.UPDATE: They never delivered my replacement order. Thiefs.

Smh spent 30 dollars on a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was burnt ! Black. Waiting for Uber eats to refund me while it’s under investigation! The chicken wings taste stale and the salad wasn’t full… I’m so disappointed

Here we go:This small pizza shop is located on Main Street in Bayshore in a strip mall. My daughter introduced me to this pizza shop. This pizza taste similar to the Jamaica avenue pizza in Queens. They are almost there but not yet lol.Deliveries are always within the time stated. When I go in person the workers always smile. Great. customer service..most of all the prices are reasonable I love the regular slice, but there is this chicken ranch pizza that is so good. I visit this pizza shop at least three times a month. If you want good pizza & in the area of Bayshore stop at this little gem. It's right across the street from CVS PHARMACY.

The worst food… Calamari was disgusting, so chewy and couldn’t eat it and the chicken soup was horrid… I called to get a refund and they would not give it to me.. Complete waste of money and will never go back..
