i recently went to the one in bay shore, and everything looks so pretty and aesthetically pleasing to look at. i love how they celebrate for each holiday, my favorite was definitely the winter themed one. however, i went to old a strawberry jelly cup, and there was literal mold growing from the cup. i was quite disappointed because this was my first time eating there. however, i did ended up getting the mango mousse, which was extremely delicious. still a little disappointed with my original order.

Ambiance was good, but cappuccino was terrible. I ordered a small cappuccino and there was very little espresso but the cup was full of scalding hot milk. So hot it was undrinkable. I let it cool for a while but even then there was no taste of coffee. If someone is running a store that specializes in coffee, they need to be trained in the proper way to make espresso drinks. We wont be back.

Great place to unwind after a night out. The staff are so kind and accommodating. And the treats and coffee are delicious. 10/10

I get an oatmilk shaken espresso with brown sugar and have been coming to this location regularly since they opened. My order is always on point and the staff is great, if your order is specific they ask you to provide feedback and they offer to make you a new one if there’s an issue when they hand you your drink. Additionally, the owner is regularly there and very attentive and you can tell he really cares.That’s my review on the excellent staff and the coffee, but the best part is the atmosphere. With late hours and impecable decor for every occasion it always feels like you’re at home in a caring and loving environment.Some constructive criticism I would have is the floor decor. It’s really cool how they decorate it and adds to the ambiance however I would suggest they hold off on this until it is closer to the date of the holiday because it’s probably a lot to maintain. Need a solid gift card, I got one for my sister to try and get her to go and it’s been misplaced. Should have a bathroom code and WiFi password on the receipt. All minor stuff.Remember to tip the great staff!

The cafe is very spacious and aesthetically pleasing with gorgeous pastries and even gorgeouser baristas. When Brenda makes my drinks I can taste the love put into it as if she drops a little kiss into each and every cup.

i absolutely love this place. the baristas are so sweet and genuinely care about quality, I've been here dozens of times and have no complaints. If ive ever wanted my drink sweeter or with less ice or different milk they've been more than kind with adjustments. The interior is also so adorable and they always have cute holiday decor. I wish they had more seating though since so many people know how good it is and its a great study spot

Been going here for a couple of months to study. The atmosphere is great with all the decorations according to each season. Angelina is my favorite barista, she makes my drinks perfect every time, always welcoming and friendly.
The coffee is terrible but the atmosphere is nice. I really enjoy sitting there and working.

I really enjoy the ambiance of this new location. It is big and gives off coffee shop. I love all the different pastry items. The ladies at the front are always kind and helpful. I've been here a few times now. Great place and great location.
