Worse food ever fish and chips was so bad I spit it out wouldn't give it to my dog. The Philly cheese steak was burnt and for these 2 things I waited 20min. Never again

This Nathan's is famous. Famous for oversalty overcooked hot dogs...With few pieces of kraut on one end of the hot dog. On Father's day...Unforgivable! No more chances...You never got an order right in 10 years.

Went to Nathan’s in Bay Shore mall at 11:30 am and there was NOBODY behind counter.Asked people at Sbarro (next door)if Nathan’s was open and they told me yes but didn’t know where employees were.I waited 30 minutes and STILL NOBODY.I just left

This is is the second time i have ordered here. Both times they neglected to give me requested catchup and mustard. Both times they got my drink order wrong . Thats the last time i order from them

First and last time coming here . Everything was burnt and wrong drink . Never again the lady was getting everybody's order wrong . She wasn't using gloves . Kept putting on the same nasty gloves she took off and then slipped them right back on . No thank you

This location, even though it's in the mall, is FAR superior to the one in the Tanger shopping center in both quality and price. Still miss the standalone one on Deer Park Avenue.
