Owner VERY rude , I walked up to buy a milkshake he scooped the wrong ice cream , once I told him that I didn’t want that flavor he got a attitude and then began to argue with me on how I didn’t tell him sooner when I proceeded to check out he asked if I was feeling okay today ??? never brought from there again

was walking by today and heard what looked like the owner cursing out an upset customer, who was with her child. absolutely ridiculous. saying that gods punishment is coming for you to a customer means you shouldn’t be working in customer service. unprofessional, i will be getting corporate involved.

Picked up a cookie cake today and this place more than surpassed my expectations!! I ordered online on Wednesday for pickup Thursday. The man called me to confirm how I would like it decorated and what I wanted it to say. Snowstorm hit Wednesday night into Thursday, so the mall opened late. Called to confirm that it would be ready and the owner (Bill) said i could come even though the mall was still closed and he would bring it out to me. When I got there, the mall ended up being open and when I got inside he offered me a free coffee since it was cold out. Such a sweet man, great customer service and the cookie cake was perfect!

Whenever I find myself in the mall I have to grab me some toll-house cookies. I don't care how well you follow the recipe on the back of the chip package, they just don't come out this good. They usually have some kind of deal, buy two, get three or some such. I guess if there's always a sale that's probably the actual market price. But whatever. It just means i get to bring more home to pretend to share and then gobble up when someone doesn't eat their share in the allotted time. My family doesn't know that there is a "cookie shot clock" running from the minute i get home. Please no-one tell them. I'll bring you a cookie ;-)

Very poor customer service at this location. The woman working the register decided to skip me in line as my friend ordered ahead of me. I told her we had separate orders and she still proceeded to try and help the woman behind me. The woman behind me then told her that she should take my order as I was waiting prior to her joining the line. She finally took my order, handed it to me and took the order behind me. She did not ask for payment or anything. Now considering I don't like the thought of being stopped over the theft of cookies, I waited until another worker was able to ring me up (old man). My total was 5.82. I handed him a 10 dollar bill. He handed me back .17 cents. I asked him what my total came to and he said 5.82. I then informed him that I gave him a 10 dollar bill. He looked at me with a confused looked and looked in the register while shaking his head. Before I could say anything else, the kind woman that spoke up for me before informed him that she too witnessed me handing him a 10 dollar bill. The guy then counts out the rest of my change and hands it to me. I will not be returning to this place EVER again. There is a blatant disregard for customers and they are not friendly. To top it off, the cookies were not good (and I'm usually a big nestle cookie fan). I would not give this place another chance or another dime.

The brownies, double trouble, cookie slices, and the cookie cups are very tasty and delicious. Unfortunately, it is one of the very few of these cafes that are still around nowadays in the United States. So if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, come on over to this cafe located in the mall in Bay Shore NY, you'll be glad you did.

Great food but weird workers. After eating my cookie at a table in front of the cafe I asked for a napkin and got queationed on why I needed a napkin and where I was sitting. How is that any of their business?

The "Iced Latte" is more than half a cup of milk or that Carnation flavored stuff. It makes you feel like you're chugging down a whole bottle of Carnation instead of some Iced Coffee with milk/cream and flavoring. They need to change the amount of milk/cream in the recipe.
