The restaurant was kept very clean. we ordered on the kisosk which was very user friendly. My go to is the you pick two. Half avacado chicken sandwich and a French onion soup.

As we were walking in we saw a man outside smoking a cigarette. We walked in and one cashier was helping a woman who was placing an order for the entire world and the other one was having a problem with the customer and their receipt. We waited and waited. Finally the cashier with the problem bill runs out the door grabs someone and it was the man with the cigarette. He comes over to the register, clears his throat and starts pushing buttons and touching the counter. It grossed me out. He corrected whatever the problem then went in the back past all the bread carts. I don’t know if he washed his hands but the fact that he didn’t even Purell after a cigarette and went right back to work was gross. We walked out and went to a different Panera and got screwed with our bill there. So I guess all Paneras in general have just gone down the drain.

This experience was horrible the staff here have a DISGUSTING attitude and they need to teach their staff some respect. Me my mom and my sister came here, we tried to order food like normal and the lady and the had a nasty attitude ignoring us and then we just decided to leave and she was said okay bye with a dirty look. I DO NOT recommend to come here the service is horrible.

Unless You Know How To Speak Spanish And Completely Ok With Workers On They’re Phones And Not Paying Attention .. I’d Skip This Location And Go To Deer Park .. It’s Literally 8 Minutes Away

Here's an update. Decided to give it one more chance. This time I came in the morning and decided to order my spinach, avocado and egg white sandwich. Thank God it was as good as ever though it went up in price. Also got orange ginger mint tea. That was good too.
