If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered the BOGO deal and it did not go through online so I went back in and asked nicely if they can order it. The manager came out with a very very very bad attitude with his arms crossed saying that it’s not his problem and that it’s mine. I respectfully said to him I’m not being rude I am asking you if you can honor the deal like a normal restaurant would. He said if I want another sandwich then order one. rude staff & they always get the order wrong. I usually don’t write reviews or bad ones at that but the manager was absolutely horrific and very disrespectful.

The employees are very skimpy with the portions and they do not honour the same promotions across all Subways. My husband ordered a footlong with a coupon for $5.99. there are no restrictions on which meats can be used, the only restriction are the promoted specials. A guy identified himself as the owner and was so rude to my husband when he showed him the receipt. After placing the order, our bill came up to $11 which made no sense. My husband asked him how is that possible if we used a coupon...the guy yells at him "literally yelling" and says that he should've known that 2 strips of bacon is an extra $3. Seriously!? And then when my husband disputes the fact that he did not disclosed that nor is there a sign and it's not adding up, the manager then tells him he doesn't like it he can go somewhere else. The utter disrespect. We wouldn't mind paying if it was explained and in a respectable manner but that was totally dismissive and rude.
