We enjoyed dinner at The Linwood on Easter Sunday. Excellent service... great cocktails, delicious crispy cheese curds. Halibut was delicious! My husband had the sliders which he enjoyed. Two people had the gnocchi. My friend thought the gnocchi dish was good but a bit strong perhaps because of the chorizo. We drive from the north shore to the south shore for The Linwood... and we're never disappointed!

I had my daughter’s bridal shower here last Sunday. The place is beautiful. The service was fantastic and accommodating. Sarah was so helpful with everything. Everyone raved about the place and the food.

Locally one of the best restaurants in the Bayshore area. Is very discreet and elegant love everything about. I have two different cocktails salsa dancer and mucho gusto and both of the were delicious. My husband hesitate a lot because of menu but appetizers and main course were out of this world ( we have rib eye, calamari and apple salad). And service an the waitress was fantastic. Also I have to mention the cleanliness of the bathroom. (Sparkling and very nice). Can't wait to go back... Thank you

We LOVE this place. One of our favorite restaurants on the island. I've had several different meals (and stolen from my wife's plate) but I'm always drawn back to the chicken thighs and grits.Beer list is great for the discerning craft head. Always check if they have anything off list.
Food was incredible. Went with a big group here twice and left impressed both times. Best Brussel sprouts I've ever had - order them as an app and their entrees are amazing.

There was one issue,that will be later. The hostess is a doll she remembered me from last time very polite and helpful. The food I had a complement to the chef. Open table and the restaurant must have better communication on reserve table(s). Now the issue last time I was there the woman bartender dark hair with glasses she was on spot sat down handed me the food and drinks menus asked what I would like and served ,,a thumbs up to her. Now when I sat a the bar that I reserved a seat waited slightly I was asked to drink then menus. The issue also people she knew with reserved seating they immediately received there menus and shots right away. But don't worry I'll still come back at another time I'll like the food the place is nice

I took advantage of the steak and martini dinner midweek special. It did not disappoint. My staff's choice martini and steak were delicious. The steak cooked to a perfect medium. Thanks Chef Henry and to our server Emma for excellent service.
Thomas, the bartender is one of the best bartenders that you can ever experience. If there was an option to put that he deserves a raise or a bonus I would do it. Amazing service atmosphere is great. Didn't try the food but the food looked and smelled great from people that were around us. We were there for happy hour and the cocktail is that Thomas made for us were exceptional

Had such a great time on Valentine’s Day. Hostess and our waitress were both very nice and helpful. Food was delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. We had the bibimbop and the ribeye, both dishes were great. Will definitely be back!

Compliments to the Chef at The Linwood Restaurant!! My friends and I had a delicious dinner and we can't wait to go back!! We shared a salad, a few appetizers and entrees and each dish was sooo delicious! The combination of flavors was heavenly! We ordered drinks from the specialty drink menu and those were amazing as well! The servers were attentive and let us take our time between courses . All around a great experience!

The cocktails are outstanding. The menu offers a wide selection of entrees that will ensure a good choice depending what you may want that evening. The Chicken Scarpiello and meatloaf entrees are outstanding. Linwood is our go to restaurant on Main St in Bay Shore.
