The staff seemed reluctant to understand who was paying and was surprised that I wanted to make an order for myself as well... Just very cold personalities like robots. Excellent service. Ample parking with tight entrance/exit from Montauk Highway. Carvel tends to be pricey so we feel best when we use a coupon or two for one Sundaes on Wednesday. Reasons for 3 out of 5. Large spartan interior with very little seating and broken down picnic table in front. Would like to sit and eat a cone in A/C when roasting on a hot day. The people there are very nice and the ice cream is very good. There is some good seating outside and inside. There is some thing to buy there too and, so overall it is a very good ice cream place to stop by
