I think this is the last time I get Jersey Mike's. Just ordered online, my food was watery, spilling out in the package. The onions were stringy and my sandwich was just plain soggy. Whoever made my sandwich did a terrible job. I'm better off sticking with Subway.

The sandwiches are as good as it can be. But I do have 2 points of criticism (not complaints). Only 2nd time here but they don't have black pepper and instead offered oregano. I wasn't sure if I heard right because each employee from the person making the sandwich to the condiment person to the cashier all mumbled. I had to keep saying "what?". I am not hard of hearing but these kids need to speak up and be clear. I have to go other affiliates and know the routine and know they try to be quick but felt bad for the old lady behind me cause she was not a regular. Again, why doesn't the store have black pepper?

Great experience, I have been here before, but not in a while. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. Kailah made an amazing Italian hero. Delicious. The tables were clean and the music relaxing. The servers are constantly working, keeping the line down. There are plenty of patrons coming and going. I'll be back. Thank you.

I got lost and the woman that answered the phone gave me directions. She got my order ready if I ever got to the store and stayed open for me. She was very polite. She rang me up and I forgot I had a coupon. She voided out the order and rang it up with the coupon. Kaijah was polite and smiled through the whole transaction. I apologized for her waiting for me. She said no problem. She is the way customer service should be. I do feel bad about the store staying open for me. I will come back to Bayport Jersey Mikes. Hope I got the name spelled correctly. She is a gem. Thank you again, Kaijah.

I am a regular customer here, maybe 2 times a week.Always a great experience. But today all 4 people behind the counter were not in good moods. The guy at the register was staring into space as i tried to pay. One of the girls had alittle attitude with a customer, and the girl ( maybe in training ) looked totally confused
