My wife has been patronizing this place for years and it has taken a serious plunge in quality. It took me almost 5 minutes of waiting before someone acknowledged me. After receiving my sandwich which was rung up accordingly I had to drinks as well. The woman rang me up for 10$ extra. I'm sorry 2 drinks for 10 dollars EVEN. No. I'm assuming this arbitrary number was added due to the fact I was paying with a card. Disgusting business habits. Appalling. To add to the experience. I ordered a turkey sandwich on a roll and it was mostly lettuce. Barely any turkey. I know due to inflation it's tough. But to quite literally steal. That's too far.

Order is never right … the one boy that works there is miserable !! And then they never have prices on anything so you get charged different prices every time. That is against the law as well. Maybe some one will check it out and force them to price their good ! Done ✅ found another déli sorry they have gone down hill

This place has been going downhill for awhile. The staff is inattentive and uninterested in helping customers. After waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich and watching about ten customers who ordered after me get their food. I decided to walk out. The food is sub par and microwaved. The iced tea was the only reason to go here. But I’ll never go back.

Even with all these delis on the island it's hard to find one that does it right and quick and this deli was just that I stopped in there today for the first time and order a egg sandwich on a wrap with my eggs over hard and this place delivered just that. A great egg Sammy and quick with only five to ten minute wait time it came with a free drink. I thought the prices are reasonable especially in todays market. Overall Great store and great service. I'll be going back! Thanks guys and gals

Usually go in for an egg sandwich, I am so tired of sometimes getting a fresh roll and other times the roll is not fresh.I actually ask for a fresh roll and even then I don't get one that is fresh.They tell me it is soft, but soft doesn't always mean fresh.On top of it all, Service is very slow. probably will not come back.
