The person who greeted me was extremely kind and personable. I really enjoyed our interaction. My drink came out perfect and everyone else working was kind which I appreciated. Overall this experience was great despite not having a drive thru.
I love this location, they're always so nice and always make my order right, lattes are always so good, service is always fast I place a mobile order and get there within less than 5 minutes and it's always ready. Even when I place a mobile order and don't have to talk to anyone the employees always say hi and acknowledge me as soon as I walk in

It's a Starbucks BUT what makes this one stand out is the people who are there to take care of you. We were greeted with a big smile and taken care of immediately. The coffee and food were ready in a few minutes and they were both delicious. As we were leaving, we were told goodbye by at lest two people with great, big smiles. It was a truly beautiful experience. Thank you Bayport Starbucks... nice job.
