I would add this zero stars because of the harsh service they have here. Their attitude towards the customers is so bad and rude especially the owner. The Ambiance is very bad the atmosphere is so bad with people yelling left and right with spilled drinks. No one tells them to quiet or anything. The food here is even worst with mold on the cheese and dropped food given to me. Here you will see a drink I ordered the "Ice Spice Munchkin Drink" with an overload of munchkins with no care. All in all this place is very bad and would never recommend it to you.

I don't know why you guys can never make the correct cup of coffee? I visit once a month, if that, and shame on me because it's always awful. I don't even get anything elaborate - and iced coffee w/almond milk and pumpkin flavoring should have a) non-burnt coffee, b) any amount of almond milk that would make the coffee appear NOT black, and c) the pumpkin flavoring that you offer. BE BETTER. Aren't you exhausted from being less than adequate?

I was walking from downtown Flushing in the hot sun and parched. I hesitated and then ordered the sunrise iced coffee with lots of milk. It was HOT outside and I needed to catch my bearing. The cashier was polite and told me that it's $2 with the app, which I then used for the purchase.I went to grab a napkin and read conflicting signage by the utensils/condiments station. One saying there was no inside seating and the other saying there was now seating. I hesitated, confused and the guy behind the counter yelled at me "Can I help you. Do you need anything" in a tone that was not friendly. I subtract one star from the three I would have given for gruff, uncalled for behavior from across the room for no apparent reason. Unlike Arnold, I won't be back.

Dunkin' is terrific. The look of this place is really pleasant. These guys got a magnificent menu as well. The workers is certainly a highlight of this place because they are always fast, courteous, and provide service with a smile! But, seriously. Dunkin' - Really, really good..

I wish i report the time i found Mouse feces on my donut too. Never been back and havent been to any Dunkin donuts since because they all get there donuts from the same place.
