Their food is so authentic, and the price is amazing! Curry fish balls and pork skin are so tasty! It brings me back to Hong Kong instantly! Highly recommended!

Been coming here for years and the service visibly deteriorated over the years. The cashier lady consistently screwed up the orders and refused accountability. Had in line with nyc customer service, said person never ever greeted customers be it regular long term or random walk-ins. Latest encounter even got awarded an embedded hair in fried pork cutlet, which was something this person already erroneously gave us to begin with. Guess they really don't need customers here.

The siu mai here is absolutely phenomenal, a little pricey but it's pretty damn good. Curry rice rolls were okay, but honestly everything else I've had here has been pretty bad. This spot has a lot to offer, as far as variety, but it's really too hit or miss for me to safely pick and be satisfied with all the menu items here. Might be back but will need to do thorough research and pick stringently

I got the HK style baked pork chops with rice in black pepper sauce, and it hit sooo good. Its definitely reminds me of a HK cafe back at home, without the hecktic-ness. Super homey, with the kid doing homework a table away in their 4 table cafe. It was a bit on the saltier side, but nontheless still good.

HK-style street food. Plus many other options for dishes like a mini Cantonese restaurant. The taste may not be the best, but it's affordable, good, and quick. It’s a gem in the neighborhood.

This is a homey place for simple dishes, noodles, rice and Boba Tea. If you want Hong Kong style snack foods than plan a visit. They have Mango Pudding, Peach Gum jelly with snow lotus seeds and sliced thick white bread.

Small HK style Cafe that serves a bunch of delicious HK food! They have lunch bentos for decent price (around $10 each, comes with soup). Authentic flavors and style for this area. Plenty of parking outside as well.

In a rush but don't want to compromise on taste? Cafe 48 has you covered with its authentic Hong Kong-style dishes. Whether it's the baked pork chop rice, spaghetti, or any of their wide array of options, you're in for a treat. Plus, with orders typically ready in 15 minutes or less, it's a speedy and savory stop. Must-visit!

Fast food restaurant that has items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We went for dinner and had the curry chicken and the cheesy pork chop. They we both flavorful and yummy. The curry bento dish had chicken, eggplant and potatoes in it served with rice. The pork chop bento dish had red and green peppers, onions and the frozen mixed carrot and peas over rice. The dishes come in 2 sizes. Bento or entree. The one pictured was bento. There serve a variety of toast items that can be breakfast or lunch. They have hot and cold drinks. Hard to choose . The place has a few tables but not fancy. Large groups are not recommended if it's crowded.

Food can be inconsistent by generally good. Parking can be an issue during busy hours. I would recommend the baked stuff.Parking: Street metered parking (as usual in NY, nothing is free). Limited space but the street is long and you can always go around the block and get lucky once you circle back.
