I want to disclaimer that this is only my experience, but I went to this place, placed a mobile order, and when I tasted my coffee, it didn’t taste right, so I asked the lady to remake it, and instead of remaking it, she just put more sweetener and made it super sweet and just completely ruined the drink I asked her to remake it. What was the point of that if she wasn’t going to remake it, you guys need to follow instructions

I'm not sure what is happening with this Dunkin Donuts. I came to the Drive Thru at 10:35 and didn't leave till 11pm. Either the store has to hire more staff during the night or fire the current staff. This has never happened to me before. I just got a donut and a coffee. 25 minutes is crazy for this.

I'm a big fan of Dunkin and The baskin too I absolutely love the smell of the coffee and the food . My favorite is a cappuccino blast you can't go wrong with that add some whipped cream and cinnamon and it and you have a drink of choice and it will cleanse your palate and help your voice! This is my favorite drink of choice so if you're looking for something more than just a simple coffee in a cup go with the flow of the cappuccino blast and you will light it up!

You ever call tech support for your computer issues and get some incompetent person on the phone from India you can't understand? Well, this was my experience tonight. Went in for an ice cream, and after waiting 10-15 minutes in front of the counter watching this employee struggle to scoop an ice cream out of a tub, he finally looks up and says yoo most peay at the counter before yoo order. He couldn't tell me that when he first saw me there 10-15 minutes ago? When I finally ordered, I couldn't understand a single word he was asking me. I was thinking to myself, does this guy think I'm Indian that he's talking to me like that? Not only did he get my order wrong but he was a nasty person with no customer etiquette whatsoever. Hey buddy, if you hate your job so much, go work at a gas station and pump gas, where you spend half your time sitting on your ass. This disgruntled employee should be fired. Oh and another thing that they do - if you're sitting in their seating area and 10:000pm is approaching, they will yell from the counter that everyone must finish by 10pm and GET OUT! The few people seated were asked to get up and LEAVE!. You will not be even be allowed to finish your cup of coffee and they don't care that you were just treated like a piece of sh#t. I will not be returning to this Dunkin shop ever again.
