According to an employee the store manager restricted me to seating an 1 hour. I usually sit for 3-4 hours (while buying $20 of food everyday. As i work on the computer. I even offered to buy food every hour to satisfy whatever the store managers problem is. And they refused... i get it if the store has more people then seating.. but whenever im there theres WAY more seats then people... so whats the problem? ?‍♂️

Do not go to this Dunkin Donut. Shaful is the worst customer service person. If you do Uber Eats or Door Dash I would not deliver for them at all at this location.

They keep raising their prices and just did again. Unfortunately that crossed my threshold and you just lost a loyal customer that came in 2-3 days a week.

I’ve been a long time customer of this particular DD, and after multiple bad encounters, I have to leave this review.While I see the staff is definitely working like crazy and appear to be on top of things, too many negatives keep popping up.Wait times for simple coffee orders have been up to 15 minutes, food orders are incorrect or completely forgotten about, and much of this takes place when the restaurant isn’t even that busy.The above issues happened multiple times and almost every single time I go to this DD, one of these issues happen.I would honestly go to another DD if you cannot spare at least 10 minutes.

I went to the Dunkin’ at Bay Terrace today with my friend, and I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant(which was delicious I definitely recommend it), while she got a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese croissant. Although I ordered after her, I got my order first. We both expected her to get her order first. The people working there that day weren’t minding the fact that they had to give the person who ordered first, t get their food first. When she finally got her sandwich, it was all burnt. The egg in it was only the egg white, and it was very burnt. The photo of that sandwich on the menu showed that the cheese was clearly cheddar, but she got American cheese instead. The bacon was WAYYYYY too overcooked, but the croissant was just how it was supposed to be. Also, today, this Dunkin’ looked very gloomy, with only 3 more customers there. We’re both very upset with this Dunkin’.

Too much yakity yaking all the time by the women working at this location. No good mornings or acknowledement when you walk in at times. Food and eatery is great but....perhaps focus should be on timeliness of making the food and drinks, so that it is not taking so long. The wait time is getting longer and longer by mobile order now which ia an oxymoron.

No wonder why this location has as a low rating. I agreed that everything is just horrible. I felt that who ever own this franchised at this location just don't care about their staffs and customers. Let me started with food, and drinks. The caramel latte was perfectly made. However, the service at this location is horrible. It is not because of the staffs are bad but the management or owner just not provide enough staffs. At the time I went to order the coffee, there is only ONE staff who made coffee, worked as cashiers and doing online order. I repeated ONE ONLY ONE. The lady toward the front of the line was yelling at the staff to hurry up and told her what take her so long, which I felt bad for the staff because she did EVERYTHING by herself with NO HELP!!! It is not the cashier's fault at all. So when it is my turn to order, I tried to smile at the staff and order to make her felt better. I must admit that I was a little annoyed and mad for waiting this long (more than 20 minutes just to order a latte but I realized that it wasn't staff's fault so I will not put the anger toward her. The management at this location that refused to schedule enough people. It is not a one time thing, it happened many time with this location. No wonder why some of the staffs look like there are unhappy. However, the staffs who took my order today, she is nice and even apologized for taking long. I told her that no to worried and wish she has the better day. I wanted to tell the management at this location that they should take care of their employees because if they are over work and stress, they will not be happy and as a result customers are unhappy. So please take care of your employee by provided them enough help because if they are happy, most likely they will be more friendly to customers and as a result customers will be happier as well. The ambiance is very peaceful and quite, I realized that it is not busy as before but somehow I felt sad about this quite. I felt like the store is going down. I hope one day the management realized that by provided enough staffs will be benefit the store more. Because if this kept happening, the store will lose more and more customers. Remember take care of your staff then they will take care of your customers. If I rate the cashier that process my order will be 5 stars for her hard work and patient. But 2 stars rating is reflected a whole today experience. Please improved soon. I will still go back because I love their latte. But if I had to wait like 20 minutes every time, maybe I just had to go somewhere else.
