This hole in the wall has been at this location for as far as I can remember. It was only in recent years that I discovered that they serve authentic style Taiwanese dishes. For like a decade, I always thought this was just a typical American style chinese take out spot (Chicken & Broccoli, chicken wings etc.) I was getting lotto one day next door and had the munchies. I waltz in and damn did this spot give depressing vibes. There were like 4 tables for dine in and all empty. The male owner/staff behind the counter on his face looking like he hates his life, lol. But then again most chinese restaurant staff members are like that. Doesn't mean anything bad really lol. I ordered the crowd favorite Fried pork chop over rice. It's the closest thing to what this other restaurant named 66 on Prince Street had. It came out alright pork chop was breaded ok. The rice was ehhh. It's supposed to have like minced pork over it. But then again it was only 10 bucks. Have gone back plenty since then for a quick cheap bite.

It’s a small place, the woman at the desk was polite and friendly. The food was sub par. I remember years ago it was delicious but the flavours of various things are off. Some beef dishes taste a bit fishy, like fish. Pork chop was not terrible but very salty. I also got 3 cups chicken and there were too many shards of bone to enjoy the food. It takes no additional prep time to debone a chicken. I wont order or come back

Sesame chicken was one of the best, so I came back. But the guy who works in the front should not work in the restaurant. Very unfriendly and actually rood behavior of your front stuff never works well for any business.

Went here for lunch. I only had a pork chop on rice dish and the food was good. The servers were very attentive. My friend & I don't read Chinese nor speak Mandarin. He got a dish described as braised pork which we thought was pork belly but was ground pork. He said it was good but it might have been an error in translation.

Love the pork chop over rice. In fact, most of the taiwanese dishes are good.

Pork chop is good but they refused to let me pay by credit card and said $15 minimum I walked out empty handed and they were fine with it since I only had $6 in cash and they wouldn't let me charge the $10 meal

Went with my family for the lunch special. The hot and soup hits the spot. The chicken with broccoli was good, the sesame chicken was good - not too doughy like some places and fried nicely, the beef with tofu was good too. Don't get the mapo tofu- way too flavorful and kinda gross drenched in sauce.

The place used to be a gem. The food was always fresh and delicious. The food is no longer great quality and is excessively oily. I've given this place multiple opportunities.

I ignored this location for years since it reminded me of most Americanized Chinese places, but it's actually solid and I rather eat here than Little Dumpling around the corner. It's not something I crave, but the items I ordered weren't bad. They also have xiao long baos which are better than Little Dumplings, in my opinion. Not a bad option, and the service seems quicker given the relatively decreased foot traffic.

ordered small "jumbo" shrimp (came in a bowl type thing it was just full of vegetables with soy sauce) and it only had 4 NORMAL SIZED shrimps in them LMAO, my friend ordered some chicken noodles it was okay

a normal takeout / delivery food. Fast service. Medium price. Average food quality.
