Place is clean and the service excellent. Asked if they had anything kiwi and received a wonderful suggestion. We even got a balloon for the little one.Kid-friendliness: The staff here is very kid friendly.

This location of Kung Fu Tea is on Bell Blvd. My friends and I came around 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. There were some other customers as well. This Kung Fu Tea is very similar to their other locations. Drinks tasted good as always. We had to wait a little while for our drinks to be prepared since there were so many orders. There are a few tables and seats for you to enjoy the drinks and hangout. There is also a table with merchandise for purchase.
