The service is absolutely terrible. Rude lady served us at night. Tried to order but she kept cutting us off. Desserts were ok. Attitude was horrible and she looked at us like we were dumb. Do not come here.

I ordered 2 cakes for my kids birthdays. First time they spelled the name wrong, Second time they didn't even write anything on the cake.The cakes are nothing special, they are dry sponge cake with cream, ganache etc on the outside. Local supermarket cakes taste better than theirs

Every time I’m in queens I stop by to pick up some dessert. This time around I had a small issue with my pecan pie and the server offered me another and gave me another on the house. She was really nice.
As an Update from my last visit on the prices that went up 2 bucks, looks like the portions too got a little bigger? I hope it wasn't a fluke, but my scoop of vanilla ice cream looked a lot bigger and my CHOCOLATE FUDGE cake slice could be slightly bigger?, but I am not sure? I really hope that I wasn't just dreaming? Two thumbs up if it stays that way on a $19 dollar bill for 2 cups of coffee, scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a chocolate fudge slice of cake. I frequent that establishment and I will check back another time and report my findings on the new portions if it wasn't a mistake? All in all I still would highly recommend Martha's continued allure to their large selection of pastries, ice cream take out and dining experience. The Review Guru Long Island NY

This place is not dog friendly at all and quite frankly rude and refused serving me. I walked in with my teacup poodle (6lbs) in her bag. I was simply planning on ordering some desserts to go but as soon as I walked in they said no dogs allowed which I understand if I was planning on sitting and eating in their establishment which I wasn’t. They agreed to take my to go order since I wasn’t planning on dining in but before they even took my order they told me to wait outside… basically kicking me out. I was maybe I. The shop for 2 min and I was so excited to try their desserts but with this unpleasant encounter I won’t be walking back in. I don’t know if I am overreacting but almost all establishments agree to serve you if it’s to go.

Hello, I have been visiting Martha's for over 17 years with my family. Each year on my children's birthday we stop by for cake as a family tradition. This evening we visited the location on Bell Blvd and had the most disturbing experience. Halfway through drinking my latte, my son his milkshake and my sister her hot coca, I noticed the barista caramine spit openly on the counter then used the rag to wipe it up along with every single service behind the counter with his soiled cloth (8:20is pm). Disgusted I asked him why he did that, at first he denied it and called me crazy. He then said he just needed to spit out something in his mouth. The manager stood next to us during this entire exchange where this barista yelled at me aggressively and tried to gaslight me prior to owning his behavior and he did absolutely nothing. He later claimed it was unacceptable and the he did hear the barista admit it. Likely he would be let go but it seemed unbelievable.
I went there couple of times and both times the cake was old and stale. I don’t know how old, I don’t know how stale but I got sick the second time!Horrible!
