Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious- don't feel on top of one another.Parking: It's a very busy area easily accessible by public transportation: subway/train & several busses. Street meter parking is available but not easy to find between 8/9am - 6/7pm.. there's a parking garage but not sure it's worth it. Best suggestion if you're driving - visiting this location just to grab and go - is to order ahead (mobile order) that way you can quickly run in & out.Kid-friendliness: I'd say it's the same as any other Starbucks location. Kids are OK as long as they're not running around like loose canons.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I visited early on a weekend morning and I had a great experience here. Nice, large and clean location. Staff were friendly. Drinks were as expected. And available free parking !

Wow this place is horrible. I got two drinks, a trenta refresher with no water and ice but added extra base and a grande for around $15 only for the grande americano to be half filled and the refresher filled with lemonade instead of the extra base we paid for. Furthermore, when i picked up the drinks the employee there said they usually couldnt do no water and no ice. They said they’ll only do it for us this once, except at every other starbucks location i’ve been to they allowed these modifications as long as we paid for it. We paid extra for the added base, so im not sure what the issue is, but fine, I can overlook this. But they decided to charge us extra and then give us lemonade?? Absolutely outrageous. Definitely go to other starbucks locations because this one is NOT worth it.
Not good customer service and coffee is not even hot, just a warm coffee.

The staff in this location was particularly helpful and kind the day I was there. A mom was in there alone with her young daughter who knocked over a hot cocoa. The staff person was totally chill about it and got a mop while a new cocoa got made.
