So this morning, my son-in-law and I came in to pick up breakfast sandwiches & bagels. I had just had mouth surgery and could not eat a sandwich of any kind, so I ordered scrambled eggs. The woman behind the counter absolutely refused to make me the scrambled eggs; saying they can't do that! She was unbelievably hateful with the worst attitude. She stated that I had to do an omelette! I've never been treated so horribly and will never patronize this store again. I will add that when I checked the website the menu states scrambled egg "with" bagel. So clearly, this woman was just mean spirited! Simply awful experience!

Service was good. Bagels are awful. Very basic no flavor. Eastdale bagels in Poughkeepsie is worth the trip / Ubereats fees if you’re looking for a bagel with taste. I can’t believe this place got 4 stars seems like a joke.

We came here nearly every day for breakfast during our stay in Beacon. Their breakfast sandwiches are made from scratch and loaded.I’m gluten free but hoped to try a NY bagel during my visit. This place granted my wish! loved my gluten free bagel with the vegan veggie cream cheese. My NY experience is complete ?As other reviews mention, the customer service is subpar. But I’d still come for the food.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bagels availableVariety of vegan options including delicious vegan cream cheese

I'm from CT and accidentally found this spot while hiking in Beacon. I purchased a breakfast burrito and bagels to bring home. Burrito was delicious and the bagels even better! The family loved the bagels so much that we get a bunch every time we drive by on 84. Today we had rainbow cookies and those were equally as wonderful. I'd recommend to anyone and look forward to returning again soon.

On a trip from Long Island, my boyfriend and i needed a quick breakfast and found this place. Got a bacon egg and cheese on an egg bagel- had lower expectations just for the sole fact that we have some really great bagel places by us, was not expecting how good this ended up being! Genuinely better than some of the places on Long Island in my opinion. My boyfriend got a breakfast burrito, he said the potato’s were just a little under cooked. But his bagel with jalapenos cream cheese was really good.Definitely just a little on the pricy side. Worth it tho.

The bagels were ok, not amazing. Some of the workers are rude. My boyfriend ordered a snickerdoodle frap and the gentleman told him it was a syrup. I went back up to get a coffee and asked for it in mine as well she goes back to make it and says we don't have snickerdoodle and he responds "we don't" and she said no so idk how I'm gonna make a snickerdoodle coffee. Seemingly with an attitude. Apparently they only had it in iced coffee. I'm in restaurant management so I guess my expectations are high but regardless the hospitality in this place was lacking. I hate to knock a local place but kindness goes a long way.

The bagels are fine, but honestly I prefer the breakfast burritos. They sell rainbow bagels, which my kid loves.

I make a trip to go to this Bagel Shop on a regular basis because they are one of the best shops in Beacon. The staff is always friendly and engaging. I got to know Meg, who works there, and she is always friendly even at 6 AM when I haven't had my coffee yet. I recommend this to locals and tourists alike.

I love the sandwiches from here but I always order online because the customer service here is always lacking. I ordered online the other day and they canceled my order however I never got a notification. When we went to pick up the order we were told they canceled the order because they were closing early yet, they were still open when were there. My boyfriend and I left very confused by the situation

The wait stuff is EXTREMELY rude every time. EXTREMELY rude and annoyed whenever you order. Sadly, would NOT recommend just off the attitude of their workers.

I come here all the time and sometimes it's amazing, tastes great, good experience.... But that's sometimes. I find every other time to be a nightmare, bagel burnt to a crisp, the cream cheese to be sour, the employees to be extremely rude, etc. When it is good, it's great, but it is so hit or miss it makes me want to never go back. Shame.

Finished a hike at Mt Beacon, and decided I needed some nourishment, so we stumbled upon this cute spot as we wandered down Main St. SZA was playing so the vibes were immaculate upon entry. It was a Saturday afternoon, staff was busy, direct, and efficient. Most importantly they made a delectable sandwich. I wanted hummus so I also purchased their hummus which is a blend of chickpeas and sour cream garlic and parsley. It's different from traditional hummus, but I don't mind it. I put it on a wrap, ate it with some fries and garlic hot sauce. DELICIOUS. I would encourage using it to spice up a veggie wrap, or any sandwich really! We were in a rush so I had to eat on the go, but literally it was so good I had to sit and savor the flavor before driving off. The pastrami is great quality, and balances impeccably with the crunch of the slaw and the sweetness of the Russian dressing. 10/10, highly recommended. Shout out to the couple sitting out front who looked so content eating this sandwich, if it wasn't for y'all not sure I would have ordered it!

Bagels are bagels right? Nothing special in my personal opinion, coming from NYC it's hard to impress me with bagels, but it hit the spot and did the trick. They have a wide variety of bagels, sandwiches and spreadables. I will say I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was to my satisfaction. Staff could be a bit friendlier especially for such a small establishment in a small town. But then again I'm there to eat not to converse.
