Really cool distillery in Beacon NY. Worth checking out and trying a drink at the bar. We spoke to a distiller on site and he explained a lot of the process, very down to earth. Overall cool spot to check out. We took home a bunch of nibs for friends and family to try.

Great little spot right off main street with lots of parking! Knock out bourbon and gin that they make themselves. Cocktails are off the charts and their happy hour is a great way to enjoy their signature drinks! You can also bring/order food!Parking: Parking lot across the street is free

Nice setting, lots on menu. Unfortunately cocktails were slightly bland which was disappointing. However, the most disappointing factor is that they only use plastic disposable cups which is obviously so wasteful and damaging to the environment- I don’t really think this should be acceptable in 2024!

Great vibe. It's really fun to have a signature cocktail in front of their big distiller. They also have a really cool tasting room with some excellent libations. Everyone is super friendly and the service was really good to.

Went here on Sunday afternoon. Did two tastings. Cool vibe but the interior was a bit strange. Just a bunch of random tables and chairs. Everyone was nice. We started with the tastings in the front. I believe the bartender's name was Amy. She was very nice and told us about the drinks. She served my girlfriend and I the following: Small batch Cask strength Rock & Rye Honey infused vodka Traditional vodka Gin Very good price at $5 for 3 (1/4 oz) pours. That said, I like to think I have a pretty good palette for food and drinks. I did not really love any of these. My favorites were the rock & rye and gin. Amy mentioned that you can call ahead and reserve the space. They do parties for up to 40 people I think, without deposit or minimum spend. You can bring in your own food since they don't serve food there. We were going to get a cocktail, but given we didn't love the tasting, we elected to pass. They did actually sounds pretty good and had some funny names. See the picture attached

Just absolute perfection. The bartender is both super nice and super talented. My husband had a delicious Old Fashioned, and I can't remember the name of my cocktail, but it was vodka and pear and some other sundry and it was FAAAABULOUS. I mean, like, new favorite cocktail level. I also love how friendly everyone who works there is, how open and welcoming the space is, and that they're extremely family friendly. They even have a place to park strollers! Excited to go back and try their tasting room! Love this place!

Great place for drinks, especially when they have live music!I have to say, the Bloody Mary they made me was probably the best I've ever had. Just the perfect rendition of that classic drink. I'll be back for more!

I heard about this distillery and wanted to try the local bourbon. During a stroll through Beacon, we decided to stop by. As soon as we walked through the door, we were welcomed by the staff (they were super friendly). They offered a sampling in the tasting room, but I decided to try the Old Fashioned and was not disappointed, I even bought a bottle of bourbon to go. The space was very unique as we sat to enjoy our drinks surrounded by bags of barley and bourbon barrels. I am anxious to return again and bring friends.
