Best....I mean truly the BEST ice cream in town. So sad when I see the sign saying they will be closing for the season. So happy when I see the sign that they are opening for the season. Go to Ron's. Make yourself happy.

I don't understand how this is the best ice cream lol. I got a "Flurry" and the vanilla was missing the vanilla flavor and the OREO wasn't Oreos. It was definitely some bottom dollar cookie

One of the best ice cream places in town. Today, we bought two soft cones and the staff (female) placed a piece of napkin on half the cones and the rest of her hand touches the cone which was not sanitary since she also took the money with the same hand. It's so enjoyable to chew the cone. We brought it to her attention. Instead of acknowledging it, her response was “That's the way we do it here and I have been doing it for 5 years”.

After reading rave reviews we decided to give Ron’s a try. We ordered the banana split. It arrived in a hot dog sized clear plastic clam shell and it was $9.00. The ice cream had ice crystals, there was a whisper of chocolate sauce with barely any nuts. Hoping this was an off night. I leave this review so that the owners are aware that this was a suboptimal experience and can work to get it back to rave review status.

Great ice cream, great prices. I had the sugar free butter pecan and the vanilla moose tracks, both had a nice flavor and texture. The staff here is very polite and curious. The portions are fairy generous and the price is certainly nothing to complain about. This place is really giving classic ice cream by the beach vibes (but it’s by a park instead).
