Bagels are decent, nothing special. Biggest issue is that everything is overpriced. 2 bagel sandwiches and 2 coffees set me back $40. Would not go back.

So I'm French and still looking for the best croissants. A friend of mine told me to try this place and so I did. We ordered the chocolate/pistachio croissants, the almond croissant and the chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat). I didn't like the chocolate/pistachio nor the almond. Not worth the hefty price imo because if the lack of flavor. The "pain au chocolat" was very good! It will probably be the only reason I'll come back when I crave one!As other reviews stated, very overpriced...

Dear god these bagels are incredible. As are the pastries! As are the sandwiches! Pretty much everything's incredible, well, I don't drink coffee so I don't know if the coffee is incredible... but I'm guessing it is too. I've had two sandwiches from this place, the breakfast sandy and the turkey, and they're just masterful, hearty without being overwhelming and perfectly flavored. I've had the morning bun (wow!) and the French roast croissant (forewarned it's super heavy, but definitely worth it, and I'm super excited to try more stuff from the mud club!

Good coffee, amazing pastries and pretty solid bagels. Love to decor and atmosphere, but think the pizza could be better. I think the dough was good but didn’t care for how they dressed it up. From what I remember a lot of bbq sauce and ranch less artisnal seeming which seems inconsistent with their brand. This was a while ago so I’d like to give another shot. Hopefully their are nicer curated offerings than my memory serves me.

Dear reader, you’re no fool. Don’t let this place con you into spending over $15 on a bagel egg and cheese. May the lord have mercy on your soul and your bank account.

The fact that a smear on your bagel is +$5 really gets me…

I am a little surprised with the high ratings here, which was part of why I went in the first place.I ordered a double bacon egg and cheese (or the equivalent that was on the menu), and they couldn't do it, so they just added all three again. You see, I think a typical BEC, with one egg, one slice of cheese, and two slices of bacon, is an inferior way to enjoy this combination, so I am in the habit of asking for double everything. Go big or go home.Anyway, I suppose I like to support local businesses, so I didn't make a fuss after seeing it was $28 for this concoction. I admit that I made a mistake, and that was my fault. When I received this $28 behemoth, it was anything but a behemoth, but actually what seemed like a regular, single BEC. "They must have made a mistake and didn't double it," I said. So I kindly went up and asked, showing them the inside of my sandwich, this sad looking BEC, and the waiter came back to tell me that it was, in fact, doubled. OKAY, it was my fault, not a big deal, I can just enjoy my sandwich. Well, then I ate it, and it was so underwhelming, and bordering on flavorless. The bacon didn't have much flavor, the cheese was the wrong cheese, and I don't know that they seasoned anything. The brioche was a bit dry, almost like they microwaved the bread (you know when you microwave bread and let it sit, it gets hard). So adding insult to injury, it was expensive and it wasn't good. My friend got another regular sandwich off the menu which was also not great. I know this is harsh, and I know I made my mistakes here, but ultimately it was a bad experience all around, and left me wanting more. Maybe they have great coffee, I don't know since I didn't have any, but for their food, find somewhere else.See my photo of the sandwich in question and you be the judge.

I have eaten their pizzas several times, and picked up their bagels and pastries more often than that. I prefer the thin crust, the fresh ingredients, and wood-burning oven preparation to any other pizza I have eaten nearby. And the bagels are so good-sometimes still warm when you get them right after they open up at 9 am on the weekends (still so late!). I don't mind the cost, as long as the quality stays high.

After seeing Mud Club Woodstock we decided to check out the Beacon location, and it was the greatest decision of my life! My husband always said he hates tomatoes until he had their tomato sandwich special, which consisted of a large slab of a heirloom tomato and organic cream cheese on a freshly wood fired Montreal style everything bagel… well now my husband is considering moving to Beacon, just to eat this bagel every day. And I fully support the decision, as this bagel was life changing. Anyone reading, you have to check it out.

I have been to many bakeries, and these pastries, I can say, are some of the best pastries I have ever tried. especially the round croissant filled with vanilla and chocolate pudding.... To die for. Coffee is decent; they just need to practice their latte art. The indoor seating is small, but they have outdoor seating in the back.

Fantastic bagel sandwiches and croissants I which they had almond milk but the lattes are great as well. The staff is accommodating. They are also open earlier than other spots nearby.
