Amazing food and amazing service. The Big Cheese was doing samples, I came back to order food for the family. Chrissa and Chris took care of us with the amazing grilled cheese, tasty pulled pork and moist cornbread. Definitely a must try!

When I say this woman goes out of her way to make her customers happy, it’s an understatement. We hired Chrissa for a large backyard party. The food was delicious. She made sure we had everything we needed. The staff on the truck was kind and efficient. She tailored the menu to exactly what we wanted. I cant recommend her enough.

Chrissa and her team are truly the best! They helped to make our children's graduation party truly memorable with amazing food. From delicious grilled cheese, tasty burgers and amazing chipotle chickens tacos, which guests are still talking about were all absolutely a hit! Chrissa is a gem and listens to her clients and works with their menus and requests. she is a people person who walked the party and interacted with guests as well.

In planning my daughters High School Graduation party... I knew I wanted something different. I didn't know exactly what that was yet ,but I knew I didn't want the basic boring Italian food that most the grad parties have. So just by having a conversation with my friend she said you should get a food truck in your yard! We keep our boat in our yard in the off season so it was a perfect idea since we had the access and the space. Chrissa and her crew from The Big Cheese Food Truck couldn't be more accommodating in fulfilling the vision I had. Chrissa was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had never met her till day of the party but the conversations we had on the phone was Chrissa being super easy to talk to help make the vision I had a reality. Day of the party Chrissa and her crew including her boyfriend Chris was attentive in every way possible not to mention the food was absolutely delicious!!! My guests were raving about it in every way you can imagine. The food came out quick, hot and delicious! If you are looking for a Food Truck or just something different to cater a party Chrissa and The Big Cheese are the way the to go!! You will not be disappointed!
We visited the big cheese food truck at the Jones beach air show. The owner took care of us when the wifi system was down. Even with a long line, we didn’t feel rushed, and our food came out super fast- we got fries, which were fantastic. Thank you again!

We had The Big Cheese come to my house for my sister's graduation party with about 100 people and the line at the truck was NONSTOP the food was AMAZING and came out so quick! It was the talk of the party. Chrissa was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smooth and that everyone was happy. I will definitely use them again! I recommended them over and over again.

The food was good but the owner was difficult to work with. She admonished me in front of the customers at our event because they weren't eating enough. We will not do business with them again.

Is this the same spot as the hot dog lady of the 90s? If so yesss. Please revitalize this once hot little spot for a snack. Serving all the kids of the schools with some extra pocket change for an after school snack.
