Okay I go to this location frequently because my BF likes it and I am tired of the situation that keeps happening. The people at this location frequently shoot customers, including me, dirty looks. But the bigger problem is they frequently get orders wrong. Coffee missing stuff, sandwiches missing and then being argued with. Today I got a coffee which they frequently miss sugar or cream even when I read the order slow. They once again forgot to add milk and then when I went back to get it they gave me looks again and handed over the milk for me to do myself instead of fixing the drink they messed up. Whoever is in charge needs to get this location in order.Kid-friendliness: Small

i dont like dunkin coffee,my wife had gift cards. This location didnt really have a place to sit down other people hanging out. Coffee was drinkable i like how they put the donuts in a front case instead of behind.

I am extremely critical of Dunkin' Donuts as I used to work for one for 3 years. The staff here is always friendly, and they make iced coffee like they actually care about what they serve. I know, not a high bar. However, it means a lot for what is essentially a commodity style product. When ordering a few munchkins, a couple extra always end up in the bag. The owner/ manager knows how to build and keep a happy customer base!
