For service, I gave it 3 stars. I ordered Caffe Latte, and after ordering it, I asked for one sugar package, and she said we don't give them out. Really? When I had paid for the coffee, at the checkout, she asked me if I wanted sugar? and I said no. After the coffee was done, I felt I needed sugar, but they do not give out sugar?! I don't get it? but reluctantly, she gave me the suger. Other than that, the coffee was delicious! Just make sure you bring your own sugar ?Parking: There is plenty of parking but a little tight.

I am pretty new to the neighborhood and saw this Starbucks recently renovated and reopened. The location is so convienant and the fact that there's a drive-thru is super helpful for my busy schedules. My drink is always made correctly and timely!I'm also grateful for the kind staff!

Visited the Starbucks while in Long Island staff was super friendly. My little daughter dropped her cookie in the parking lot, and Amy did not hesitate to provide a replacement, even recalled my name!!! Which is impressive as it was my first time ordering. They worked quickly with the driver thur order. I had opted for a mobile in-store pick up. THANKS AMY, for saving me from a toddler meltdown ??

Stoped to get a strawberry açaí refresher & what I got was a pink water with ice. It was so watered down. Don’t they use measurements to make these drinks. What a life date of my hard earned money $5.70 in the garbage. Shame shame on Starbucks & the person making this drink. So freakin be annoyed.

But the biggest problem, How everything is extremely overpriced for FROZEN sandwich that’s reheated and latte used to be already expensive, but they’re charging an arm and a leg! >$6 for a med hot! Very sad. Not sure if I want waste my money like this.

I come here almost everyday on my lunch break to grab coffee and pay for an extra pump or 2 of vanilla in my BLONDE VANILLA LATTE and they continue to forget to put the flavoring in multiple times. It wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't continue to happen numerous times!! How do you keep forgetting to put the vanilla in a VANILLA LATTE is beyond me. I am so done with this location. Paying almost $10 to get plain iced coffee with milk, ridiculous!
