The best kept secret on this east side of Binghamton. Love the service. Food is A+ every time. Madison is great. We come on Tuesdays and she’s always there. I need to say though…. I come here for the chicken tenders just as much as I come here for the ranch dressing. I got my tenders tonight and after the first bite I said “did you guys get new ranch?!” It tastes like the little packages of ranch at McDonald’s. terrible. please bring back the old ranch. Please. Please.

Tonight we dinned in at beer thirty. Our server Kate was amazing. All though the server was great the wait time and just waiting to see our server was long and she was in no way to blame for it. On a Saturday night I don’t understand how they can only have one bartender/server. Kate did her absolute best and the only reason she got a tip was because we understood that she can not be in multiple places at once. We ordered 3 dozen wings and we all wanted non crispy wings and we ended up getting our wings about 40min later and they ended up all being super crispy. We sat and ate them just because we didnt want to wait another hour. I guess my point is as an amazing bar/grill that beer thirty is they should do better and hire servers/bartenders that should stay and work the full shift they are expected to and not leave a person/coworker there to fend for themselves in a bar atmosphere.

I ordered bone in wings. Out of a dozen I ate 2. I worked food service for years in my youth. Any place I was a cook at someone would of been fired. They were overcooked and dry. I ordered a refill on my beer. Went to the bathroom then went outside and smoked a cigarette. When I got back still no beer. When I said it's been 10 min since I asked for another beer I was told patience is a virtue by the bar tender. Needless to say I won't go back there.
