I went there 5 minutes ago and ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a bagel toasted with cream cheese and jelly both were to be light on the cream cheese and I received bagels saturated and globbed with a pound of cream cheese and they were absolutely not toasted at all.

Excellent bagel sandwiches, esp the steak, egg and cheese and Nova. Cinnamon buns are great as well. Not the fastest, but with everything being made to order that is fine by me.

We went up to bc bagels and ordered 2 bacon eggs and cheese with double bacon and 1 sausage egg and cheese on cressaunt with double meat and when we get home surprise no extra meat but charged for it. But very great employees that’s why I gave 5 stars for

Went here on 10/1/23. Customer service was very poor. They were not friendly, no saying “hello, good morning”. Ordered a Toasted bagel w/ Cream Cheese and hot coffee. Received coffee, 1st one was bland, watered down, no taste. I asked for another, no friendly I’m sorry. Took coffee back and gave me another. OK. Not great but not horrible. Waited 25+ mins for the bagel. Asked after 20 mins is my order coming up? I was advised “they’d be right out”. Again, no apologies, sorry for your wait, it will be out soon. I understand they were busy, but that doesn’t mean pleasantries are obsolete. Workers seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else but at work. Disappointing experience.

Half an hour away for a bagel Withcream cheese And there was even onions taste on it because they didn't use a different spatula and I ate onions. And it's just a vehicle so definitely not worth it never going back again
