Had to go here for a pick up 2 nights ago, and I was unimpressed!!! The short heavier girl with the neon pink hair amd glasses is so rude. There were 3 other customers waiting to be served and she kept her back to us and gave everyone an attitude, ignored customers when they tried to get her attention, then she literally threw the order in the counter after rudely asking me what I needed. The dining area was filthy. I seen customers wiping garbage off their own table. And we won't talk about the batbroom?? I will never step foot in this establishment again (this isn't the 1st time this same girl has been rude) I will refuse future orders from here because people dont deserve to be treated that way!!! I wish I could give zero stars

I just wish that when u order fast food it was made fresh. It bothers me that you sit and wait for ten fifteen minutes and get cold food . Why not give customers hot fresh sandwiches and fries ??? It's not hard and would you eat cold food❓ I wouldn't give anyone anything I wouldn't eat myself.

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I had worked here a couple years prior, the managers Angelina Rose and a man named Steve were courteous, polite, phenomenal, and professional as managers during the two years I worked there. From 2018-2019, I broke my leg and ankle, and had to undergo a leg rebuild surgery. Recovery took longer than was expected and I was let go, but I was told that when I had fully recovered that I would be welcomed back. When I reapplied, there was an interview. The first day of work, I showed up to let the new manager know I was there to get my employee numbers and start work, but I was ignored at the front counter. I waited for the manager to come out and greet me, she came out to the diningroom, ignored me when I tried to gain her attention, she walked around the store a couple of times, then went back behind the counter. I again tried to inform someone I was there for an interview, and was ignored once again. Extremely offended, I waited for almost an hour before, then I left. I haven't been back there since, I did recieve a letter from Carroll's stating that I was terminated from a job that didn't even give me employee numbers, or hire me to begin with, so I put the letter of termination on file in my records and reported Burger King to the Labor Board.

Everytime we get fires doesn't matter what size the fries are always either to much salt or too cold I just got an order today with medium fries and they are cold. never again am I getting fries from there. horrible can't even get some fresh fries ridiculous.

On good authority (kids), BK chicken nuggets are better than McD. Service wise, adults say BK service is better than McD. They gave me no hassle or attitude for customizing a sandwich, unlike the sniveling help at the Johnson city McDonalds.

We went here to meet with family for ice cream and it was really good. Their ice cream cone is better than any vanilla cone that I have had. I got the chocolate shake and it was not very good but it was edible with a spoon and not my straw. It was very messy to eat and I would not recommend it.
