Absolutely horrible.. my food was COLD my egg was cold! My sandwich was thrown in the bag.. shut this freaking store down they're going to make someone sick for being so careless.!

The managers here legit are LAZY and don’t know know how to be efficient. I saw a manager today doing nothing as the line piled on and she acted like her wiping of the counters wasn’t a tactic to avoid helping the lonely guy actually working and making coffees and ringing customers and making food. I live near this location and management is always spotty. Every-time you come here it seems like it’s someone’s first day on the job and the managers with experience have no experience and are lazy especially the manager working around 4pm on Sunday February 25th.

Ordered mobile order ahead well in advance, waited about 15 min before we actually got to the window and was asked to repeat the order I had already placed again. My young kids and my mother waited with me in the car I am also currently 39 weeks pregnant. There were only 2 people working and one of them decided to take a smoke break while there were 3 other cars behind us. Order was still not ready after about 15 min of us sitting at the window. They had the order behind us ready but not ours. We had been waiting patiently for awhile. He got in my moms face (she was the one driving) because one of the coffees was wrong and told her I’m not gonna argue with you in the window, pull up to the end and said WE were holding up the line. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never be ordering from this Dunkin’ Donuts again and I literally live 1 min up the road from them. We never received our food because I was not sure if they would do something to it. Will be calling the manager on staff tomorrow.

The food and drinks were good. The servers were awesome! Took great care of us and were super nice!! Fantastic customer service!!! ?Vegetarian options: They do have breakfast sandwiches that you can get without meat. Also some other sandwiches too.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves their strawberry frosted donuts and the New Yorker donuts!! Also their mini everything stuffed bagels.
The clerk was fabulous and the donuts were fresh, even at 1030 am. But there were homeless squatters everywhere (including inside, taking up tables). Great for a grab & go, but not something I'd prefer for a sit down breakfast.

What a joke and so expensive. 3 bacon egg cheese bagels $30 and it's 1 piece of bacon. And I wanted butter on my bagel. They put one little splat on not even a bit sizes worth the ret is dry not butter but they sure charge you an arm and leg for it. This place sucks the employees suck and have no clue what they are doing this should not even be in the kitchen in this restaurant they suck service sucks food sucks the prices are outrageous this place really is a disappointment they should close all Dunkin donuts is because of this place

This store is the absolute worst Dunkin that I have been to. Their staff are extremely rude and lack any bit of customer service. I waited 15 min to even place my order inside they had 4 people working and not one person working front counter. They only cared about their drive through and even then they move like slugs.
