One of the few remaining of it's kind, from an era, three-quarter of a century old.The diner is run by a group of folks who are both local and from NYC, Jamaica, Bronx, Brooklyn,all areas with the finest cooking you might find.I usually go when Sha is cooking and serving. She's a super-friendly who would give you the shirt off her back. Sha's smile can soothe a sad heart any day, and her skilled big city chef-experienced cooking, combined with top-notch 5-star quality service, food, and presentation, you can't go wrong.I haven't yet. To the fine lady who served me on Monday afternoon, thank you for your stories, the courage in your voice, and the warmth of your good soul.All it takes is a conversation and a meal, with some water or coffee to boot.Kid-friendliness: The staff are very nice and will certainly treat your kids well, and with respect.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in, easy out for a manual wheelchair to a power wheelchair or small scooter. No biking or skating inside. ???️

The food was great and the staff were friendly. They were also very accommodating of my allergy restrictions. The home fries were very well seasoned.Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and they were able to accommodate my needs.

I was crushed when my lover of three month left to be with another girl. I cried and sobbed every day, until it got so bad that I reached out to the Internet for help. When I lived in Binghamton, NY 2015, & before Family's Diner was my actual favorite one there. Was relaxing in my opinion, the food was good, not expensive, & the waitresses were very nice. The best part is how it looked. Old fashioned. I always liked older looking Diners.I hope you are still doing well.

Ok so normally I don't like to leave bad reviews but this place was just absolutely awful now don't get me wrong the server was really sweet but the chef wasn't really that nice to her and honestly they had ran out of a lot of things on the menu and not to mention they didn't make my food right or my dad's food they gave my dad the wrong cheese they didn't get my order right and I was going to order a milkshake but the sizes were very misleading on the menu so I was very disappointed ? needless to say I won't be eating there again but it was worth a try I do hope they will do better in the future!!!

Place was deserted and we were the only ones in the place and still waitress forgot my O.J. and she didn't check on us once,we had to ask for more coffee and decided on rap music for the diner speakers.She proceeded to explain to My wife and child and I she had a hangover and was out drinking all night...Very unprofessional and her brushing her hair behind counter was another sign that this establishment won't last long at all.... Stay away from the corn beef hash as I believe it tasteslike ALPO dog food would....
