After long day at work and driving from NYC to Syracuse i decided to stop and have there lunch special Is $11.99 for two slices and a salad!!! When i got the bill they charge me 42 cents for each slice for the pepperoni and $3.90 for a fountain drink!!! I was like what kinda special is this when you charge everything separately !!! Price whit card and price whit cash is different!!! Pizza was not ghat great and costumer service sucks!!! Guy who makes the pizza looks like want to beat someone up just for entering the restaurant!!! This place is a joke I won't come here again!!!

Their website states 2 slices and a salad bar lunch special is $6.99 which seemed normal and reasonable which is why we went here. Got the bill and it was $12.43 a piece plus an added 3.5% to use a card instead of cash. For 3 people I ended up paying $51 for warmed up slices and a salad. Unbelievable. It would be cheaper to eat at a seafood restaurant. When what their website stated was brought up to the server, she laughed and said nothing costs $6.99 here anymore and walked away. Absolutely last time we go here. I'm not sure how this place is still open, maybe because they are ripping everyone off and rolling around in a pile of cash on a bed somewhere.
The service was excellent as was their pizza. We were there after 8 and the salad bar was a bit of a mess and pricey for a plate of iceberg lettuce and basic salad toppings. It was also a bit of a mess.I will definitely go back for pizza but skip the salad bar in the future.

Grande's pizza has a terrific salad bar. Not many restaurants offer this option any more. Outstanding service, no skimping on ingredients, and serving sizes. Reasonably priced. Homemade marinara sauce, scampi, and vodka sauce is superb. Wide variety of Italian menu selections, all served by friendly and patient staff. Everything is made exactly how we requested. Pizza dough is the best around the area. You are treated like family. The homemade brownies are exquisite. You could never be disappointed taking your family and friends to dine in. Take out menu available, they deliver, and offer a children's menu too. We go to Grande's several times a week, and have never felt disappointed. We highly recommend Grande's to our friends, and family. Enjoy!Kid-friendliness: They have a wide selection of kids favorites. Our grandchildren loves their pizza.
